Mint is a quality service provider at a reasonable price. It also offers some excellent phone deals. What's not to like about that?!

When they sell you, everything sounds great. I wish I had seen these previous reviews first. On 7/29, Mint Mobile charged my card $802.94. This was to cover a Samsung S25 and a year of service. As I a... See more

There is no such thing as "unmlimited". They alot you a certain amount of data and/or time and when its' up, they charge you more, without your approval.
Amazing service in most areas and so worth it because of the incredible cost!
The ease of switching mobile carriers was a big relief. Mint Mobile walked me through everything, it was an easy transition and I don’t regret it!
Great save money for me.
Great price
It's only been 4 months but excellent so far. Seniors need good price and Mint has done that. Thank you Suzann
Great value for a retirement income! I don’t feel like I’m overpaying for service. Thank you Mint!
"The app frequently experiences significant delays in connectivity, whether accessing the internet, downloading content, or streaming videos. The performance is often sluggish and inconsistent, which negatively impacts the overall user experience."
The only hood thing about Mint is the price. I can't even move to the senior plan because I am already a member. Cover is bad not just around my neighborhoods but in Florida too.
Generally the service works fine, but you get what you pay for. Customer service is often frustrating and likely outsourced. They use other carrier's towers and Mint customers have a lower priority, sometimes out of service when the host company's customers still have service. Update to Mint's reply: Yeah, I already spent hours chatting with support, took that long just to get a tiny credit.
Quality service at an amazing budget price. Cannot complain, nothing really else to say.
Since I have had the mint mobile phone service 4 months ago I have never been able to make or receive phones calls. I can text and use the internet but if I want to make any phone calls or have someone call me I have to use an entirely different app to do this. I have called numerous times to try and resolve this issue but nothing has changed unfortunately and everyone who you speak with are very rude people. I'm sure not all of them are rude just the ones I've been so blessed to speak with.
Mint Mobile has the least expensive plans for we who don't need a boatload of gigs. 5 gigs per month and unlimited calling and texting - how can you beat that.
I am semi-retired and my $15 a month plan is perfect for me. 5G is plenty every month and you can not beat the price!
Customer service is HORRIBLE. They make getting your pin and account number a living nightmare. I almost cancelled my credit card and abandoned my phone number it was such a nightmare. The reps are combative and argumentative and accusatory. And the phone service?? Non existent. In the center of a bustling metro area we’re lucky to have a single bar. Have 0 bars at home. 0 bars most places and even when we have 3-5 bars there service it’s self is so low quality we can’t even open an email. And don’t let the “data just slows down after you used your high speed data”. No it all but stops. Can barely send a text. All bad.
I haven't had any problems w the service. It was very easy to get set up and the data automatically renews so I don't have to think about it. As long as u account for at&t cell towers, u should have good data connection. Mint runs off AT&T towers so choose this service if there r plenty of their towers around u
It's cheap and the service isn't terrible. The options out there in this bullshit capitalist economy are awful. This is the least awful.
I traveled to Tennessee on May 13 through May 23 and could not get any cell service out there which caused me to use up all my data. I would like to be refunded that nine days instead of adding more data to my plan. I have called three times and I've been disconnected the last two times and nobody has called me back.
The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, her guidance helped resolve my issue.
