Worst Customer Service Ever
Mint has good prices, but their physical SIM cards stop working in less than a year. They refuse to waive the fee for a replacement. For every issue we've had, customer service has been useless and wasted hours of our time without solving anything. They don't listen to what the actual problem is and what you need. We bought a new phone to solve the issue, and they couldn't even help us get it accurately delivered. It's bad enough that we're seriously considering returning the phone and not renewing next month.
