Customer service is terrible their international plans don't work and even though they have proof of how much they work they suck they cannot refund you. My cellular plan back home has been terrible if I'm not connected to wifi call quality sucks. I've had it for 4 months. Stupidily I paid for 12 months upfront. It can't be cancelled. If your going to try it definitely go with a month to month plan to start.
