I ordered and paid for a year
I ordered and paid for a year. Received my SIM card and activated the phone for my daughter. She lost the phone 2 weeks later and I gave it a few days before I cancelled. When I tried to cancel on line was emailed back that it was past the 7 days so could not cancel. I called customer service the next day and after being disconnected 4 times finally got a representative. Very nice person and she walked me through how to get the number disabled since who knows who or what they would do with it. I then said I had paid for a year and had used less than a month could I get a prorated refund on the unused months? No they offer no refunds unless in the first 7 days. If I had known that I certainly wouldn’t have ever purchased a year and no where do they say that. Better of paying monthly at Cricket
