The reason I don’t sell my products…

The reason I don’t sell my products anymore is because I give them to the cancer society for the children hospitals. As in crocheted hats or fleece sewing hats anything that will help the young ones with her cancer treatment

The young sales associate that saved the day!

At first I had a sales associate at the checkout counter do a price check on something. I asked her where the list price with percentage sales amount were located. She didn't seem concerned the price list with 40% amounts was not posted ANYWHERE in the store. These lists are usually posted on every other isle. It truly helps to calculate the amount I actually spend and is super convenient. The first sales associate at the checkout counter seemed to care less. Rather than walk out, I walked away to try and find what I was looking for. I said under my breath, guess I will do the math on my own accord. Turning point....While I was looking, a young sales associate on the floor that was stocking came by and asked if she could assist me with anything. What a difference she made. I spent more because of her. Lucky me, she was at the check out so I got in her line. Again, she helped me find my reward vouchers in my phone. I scored discounts, leaving super happy! This sweet girl went beyond and made up for the one girl at the checkout counter that seemed to care less. I apologize for not getting her name but I will the next visit!

After paying over $300 for a fram

After paying over $300 for a fram, I was not treated as a valued customer. Michael's Waldorf management has Very poor time management skills. After being told on four different occasions when my product would be ready, I reached my patience limit. I was given 4 different excuses when my order would be ready, and I believe all of them. I placed my order 3 weeks in advance. When I visited the store to pick up my order, I was met by One sales associate who was very flipped, and treated me with dis-respect, she replied, "we have been very busy." I will never do business with Michael's custom framing again.

I am a professional artist

I am a professional artist. Several years ago, I had to stop buying gallery wrapped canvases at Michaels due to warping. I started back a year ago.. but have had to stop again due to warping as well as loose stretching.. If you look at their new images of gallery wrapped canvas on their website, they have added dimples to the edge of the canvas showing this problem, which tells me they know and accept the issue. Many you can’t correct even with a spray bottle of water and a hair dryer. They used to be a good value, but no longer are.

When I need something in a hurry . Micheal's is the first place i look .. most of the time they have what I'm looking for ... grab it because they sell out fast ... I would like to see more variety in the beads selection..

I went on a Monday night looking for…

I went on a Monday night looking for tee shirts. Maria, a store associate saw my hands were full and promptly found a cart for me. She asked if I needed help finding anything. She apologized for the slight disorganization of the shelves and explained they would be reorganizing soon. I love crafting and I love Michael's. Maria just made my experience good enough for me to write a review! Good hire Boynton Beach Fl!

The sales person on the floor was very…

The sales person on the floor was very helpful. She too me to the glue isle and helped me find what I was looking for. And even looked to see if you were getting more in soon. She did wonderful. I think her name was diana

Wrongful pending amounts

Placing a purchase online for $54.55, ok that's fine. Waking up the next day to have not only the charge of $54.55 on hold in my account but also one for $47.67 on hold. Call customer service to be told it'll fall off in 3 to 7 business days is crap. I had a purchase of $54.55 so put a hold on that by all means but you are holding over $100 in my account pending which is enabling me to pay my other bills and there's nothing you can do. Ridiculous and you just lost any future purchases from me or my family.

Michael's doesn't tell you that they will tie up the total cost and more

I am a recent bilateral amputee above the knee I can't get out and go shopping so I did the Michaels online order but should have cost me $172 they tied up over $500 of my money for 7 days items all shipped at different times came in at different times and then one item never made it and another item came in broke they were helpful on replacing what didn't come and what was broke and one item came in just completely wrong and they fixed it but the fact that they tied up money that I couldn't use was uncalled for people on a fixed income can't live like that company really needs to rethink their policy and when they charge you something that needs to be it

I order 36 Ashland faux roses online.i…

I order 36 Ashland faux roses online.i received the last of them yesterday for a design request by one of my clients.im a private gardener and do floral for some of them. With this said the box my last six roses came in was open.cut open, and a few of the roses have dirt on them.Im hoping I can clean them.But to be surprised by a box that is cut open and exposing my product is quite ridiculous.please make sure with the next orders that all my boxes should be closed,I really don't need my delivery man know what I'm ordering or that that can steel them

Excellent Customer Service

Went to the Michael's Store in Eagan and the employees that I talked with were so helpful. I needed a couple of items but wasn't too familiar with this store. The employee working on the floor was able to tell me exactly where the items were that I was looking for. Saved me so much time. The checkout employee was also helpful and reminded me of the discount coupon which could be found on my phone. So helpful and thoughtful of these positive, friendly and helpful female employees. Thank you for such a great shopping experience.

I was greeted upon entering the store

I was greeted upon entering the store, by a wonderful young lady. Who assisted me immediately. She retrieved my item and was very pleasant and sincere. I am very disappointed that you took your coupons away. That is how for years I was able to buy all my supplies. I use to shop on a regular bases to Michael’s now I do not shop their at all. It broke my heart.

The worst experience EVER for BOTH…

The worst experience EVER for BOTH online and customer service. All I can say is stay away from this retailer- there are so many others that care about their customers. They delivered after business hours, even though we clearly indicated deliver during business hours. Their customer service agent was rude on the phone......Today (a day later) as it still hadn't arrived I "chatted" with customer service on their webpage. They informed me that they were "Out of stock" and will credit me back....they credited for the product, charged me for delivery which I never received product for.....It was a total SCAM. Stay away from this retailer.

Awesome Staff

The staff at this Michael's is always welcoming customers, knowledgeable of store products and ready to assist if needed. I always refer people in general to Michael's. I am a Hobby Lobby employee and when we don't have and item I refer them to Michael's. I wanted to work at Michael's but never got the opportunity.

I went to Michael’s and located my mini paint brushes

I went to Michael’s and located my mini paint brushes within 2 minutes without assistance. On my way to the check-out line, I passed through cake decorating and purchased icing tips I had not intended to buy, but did because I saw what I needed for an Easter project. At check-out, I asked the cashier named Patty about Memorial Day decorations. And received a courteous reply. My whole Michael’s shopping experience took about 5 minutes which made my husband waiting in the car exceedingly happy.

Michaels is absolutely amazing

Michaels is absolutely amazing! The items that my daughter and I searched online were exactly as pictured in store! When we needed assistance, Paris was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and quick to assist and guide us to both locations for the products that we were searching for! At check-out, I didn't get the young lady's name, but she registered me for my Michaels rewards! She was also pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and quick with assisting us! We actually went back the next day to get more seed beads and will return to Michaels for more crafting because of the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and overall greatness of the environment of the store and staff! Thanks for the experience!
