Michael, at the Vista Way store in Oceanside, is the best! He helped me sign up for coupons and rewards, showed me a coupon I could use immediately and rang up my purchases, all in about 90 seconds. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

I had a large crosstitch picture framed at Michael's in Kamloops. May 31/22 I picked it up. I said, this isn't non glare glass. I was told it was. Long story short. I was offered $9 , for the glass they put in. Because of the mistake ie: lie, I will now have to take it to another framer, and have it taken apart, non glare glass put in. At my expense. I payed them $367. Oh I did everything right. But apparently I can be told , it's non glare, when it isn't.
Watch prices! I was charged more than the displayed price and when I noticed it a couple of days later , I wrote to customer service to ask for a refund of the $ difference. I got a canned response, no help, but.. the displayed price went up! Pierre Juste at customer service ignored my email. I don't usually write reviews, but I am tired of people who work for companies where they get a pay check and don't do their jobs.
Framer Josephine and Manager Craig were most helpful, professional and friendly. I'll be back!
I bought, on the spur of the moment, a flag holder for a flag received from a funeral. The holder was too small for the flag I have. Before I took the plastic off that covered the holder, I held the flag against it and thought it would fit. The store manager and corporate customer service would do nothing about accepting the return because it was opened. I work in retail and we accept returns no matter how old or in what condition. I told customer service i planned on buying the larger holder they carry but, after this experience, I will not spend another penny at their stores.
NEVER give Michaels your contact information. The have ignored every unsubscribe request and demand.
Went to Michael’s in Brewster NY looking for a styrofoam globe for a project for my grandson. Found a five inch globe, went to register and to my shock it was $12.99! I said no thanks. Drove around the corner to the dollar world store, got the same one for $2.99. Sorry Michael’s, will never shop there again!
We brought our painting to the Michaels store in Goleta, California to get it framed. Adam from this department was very helpful. He helped us coordinate the color and materials for the frame. Adam took his time with us and didn’t rush the process. He made us feel like valued customers. Our frame was completed in a couple weeks as informed by Adam during the time of purchase. We are very satisfied with the finished product and the customer service we received throughout the entire process.
Michaels in Bowie is amazing.. Store Manager is extraordinary! Manager of Customer Service is the best!
On May 4-22, I ordered a 12 Pk of album frames as a gift, order still not here on May 12, called Michael CS, rep told me they were out of stock so order was cancelled. Sale was still advertised so I asked to recorder. Rep said out of stock, so sale was done. Went into website that night to sale and reordered again. THEY ARRIVED 3 DAYS LATER. Why did CS rep say no more stock, when website listed plenty available. Someone just too lazy to try to help.
Worst customer service ever! I've been a Michael's customer forever - always take my creating (cross stitch) pieces there to be framed. No more. Horribly overpriced - estimate for 10x10 piece WITH 85% off sale, was still over $150. Are you kidding me?! When I asked top see other options, they liked at me like I was crazy, refused to let me use my Michael's Rewards at all. Refused to help me consider anything else "because I have other customers waiting, ma'am." Wait - aren't I a customer, too. Don't I deserve your attention and assistance, just like the people waiting? Or is it because I actually asked foot something more reasonably priced that you were unsettling to help me find it? An 85% off sale in framing shouldn't end up costing $150 for a 10x10 piece. If I could rate this store (chain) lower, I would.
Katie deserves a special mention she was full of knowledge about just everything and was super patient and nice. She was doing the in-store craft and was amazing with my two daughters I will return just because of her
One Monday I went to Michael to buy some supplies for art. After I paid the cashier ask me if I m a member. I give my email but unfortunately becayse U was distracted I left my wallet. When I back to the store and get my wallet back I discover they took all the money was inside . They no left even the coin . I was very disappointed I hope the person did that realize How wrong it was...the manager and cashier wasn't unhelpful and they said no one took the money . Was a big lie...

I cant get this horrible site to stop sending me Email. I have reported them. Blocked their emails. Even unsubscribed. They are literally harassing me at this point. I have never shoped att this site and i never will!!!! Nothing helps this is the worst emailspammer i have ever encountered.
The products I needed were easy to find and priced well. I also used a coupon from the app and had a great chat with the clerk.
I went shopping at the location in 19123 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Humble, TX 77346 and the cashier Lucy, was so nice and helpful. She made sure I found everything that I needed and made sure I had the help I needed as well.
I needed to buy a sewing machine quickly, so I ordered online with the option to pick up in store. I haven't received a statement of order cancellation or anything and kept on waiting for the email to notify me to pick up my order. Then, I call customer service and find out that my order have been cancelled due to a problem with the payment method that I used, which is ridiculous since I have used PayPal and I purchased things from Amazon on the same day and it works perfectly well. It is a first time I experience something like this. If you are going to cancel my order, I should receive an email right away, so that I know what is going on. Avoid this store if you can, it will save you some time and energy.
Cashier Stephanie at the Mankato, MN store is always extremely helpful and friendly! She makes sure you remember to enter your rewards, and makes people happy by saying something positive. She makes shopping there fun, and does an awesome job!! My only complaint is that I didn’t get the email survey, and I’m not sure how to let anyone know what a great team member she is! I don’t know her last name, but she deserves a bonus!
I did a survey for Michael’s. So Michael send me a coupon five dollars off $15 more in store or 25% off an online purchase. I tried to use the coupon two times and neither time could they get to it to work. I called the 800 number who said it was valid. I went back to the store they said it was not valid and it still wouldn’t work so then it expired. I called the one 800 number and they would only do the 25% off online. I never shop online I only go to the store. michaels has really gone downhill especially since it was bought out by a company from Canada. I have continuously raise their prices and the quality of their products and service has declined. Up at Hobby lobby it’s a much better store. Won’t be shopping at Michael’s in the near future. So Walmart sells the exact same frame that Michael’s sells and it’s four dollars less at Walmart it’s exactly the same
