Wrongful pending amounts
Placing a purchase online for $54.55, ok that's fine. Waking up the next day to have not only the charge of $54.55 on hold in my account but also one for $47.67 on hold. Call customer service to be told it'll fall off in 3 to 7 business days is crap. I had a purchase of $54.55 so put a hold on that by all means but you are holding over $100 in my account pending which is enabling me to pay my other bills and there's nothing you can do. Ridiculous and you just lost any future purchases from me or my family.
