Me and my grandma were looking for some yarn that’s she needed. The announcements went on that they were closing but we didn’t hear them. The lady that told us we had to leave, said it in a very mean way and my grandma got offended on how she kicked us out. I am sorry but I will never go back to THAT store.

It is annoying that coupons can only be used on regular priced items and not on everyday value items. I can seldom use the coupons because I buy on sale and most often other items are everyday value.

We recently purchased a Christmas tree. Our cashier was Felisha. She really went above and beyond to help us get the tree we wanted. Calling the manager and helping take down the display tree for us along with wrapping it up. Thank you for your time and attention to detail!!!

I received notification about 2 orders I never placed. I contacted customer service to discover my account had been hacked and my credit card information stolen. I was told the orders were cancelled after speaking with their fraud department. One day later I received notification that one of the fraudulent orders has been shipped. I continue my fight with Michels to keep my name clear. Shoppers beware!! Michael’s website is NOT secure!!

My cashier was above and beyond. She makes you feel welcomed with a beautiful smile as you enter the store with a kind greeting. I am a regular customer and if it’s in the isles or checking out if she is around you know you will be helped. I still had not signed up for rewards. That being said she finally got me to sign up this time around and made a great experience. Keep up the great work.

I don't understand this store. They keep canceling your order. Are they playing games? Do they enjoy making fun of people or what?

I love Michael's store and I shop with them in-store pretty regularly. But I would never shop with them online even for store pick-ups. The app and website is terrible. On the app, I was shopping and added things to my cart to pick up at location #1. I went to the website to shop on the computer after, and placed the order and it switched the pickup location to location #2. Since it was late, I checked their help page and it states that I can request to cancel pick-up orders by contacting customer service if needed. So I placed a new order to the correct location #1. Hours later in the middle of the night, my location #1 pickup was cancelled fro no reason. Next day, I contacted live chat and spoke to an agent who didn't know what she was talking about. I clearly explained to her multiple times that I want to cancel the location #2 pickup order and she kept copy and pasting "we can send you a UPS label for a return" when I stated 3 times that this is NOT a delivery order, it's pickup. Then she kept saying they cannot cancel orders even though Michael's own help page says it's possible. Then she confused herself about the 2 orders and kept saying one is cancelled; yes duh, the one I want is cancelled, that's why I'm chatting with you in the first place. She then told me it was cancelled because of payment verification issue even though both orders used the same exact payment info and the other order wasn't cancelled. I closed the chat out of frustration and reordered with PayPal, and don't have issues so far. Don't bother dealing with Michael's agents if your store pickup order has issues. They don't know what the F they're talking about and just copy paste info. Seems like companies now are maximizing incompetence by not providing their agents with the right resources to actually help their customers and yet we're paying them for this crap. Also, the pickup location was for Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn NY. I hate Amazon but this is why people flock to Amazon; incompetence of these companies let that big retailer thrive.

I just made a review but there was no space for writing my suggestions down. I found very little choices for scrapbooking. You used to have much more variety in the store. Oso not many choices for chains or collars or earrings

I have ordered for home delivery three times. The first time worked out well and the same day delivery was the same day. The second time they did not deliver and, when I called the store, they said they did not offer delivery. When I explained that I had scheduled it online they figured it out and finally delivered it. This time was the same. The stores should be scheduling their own deliveries so they know what you are talking about when you call. Don't offer it if you can't do it.

I was shopping at the Mesa, AZ location on McKellips Rd. Store # 2778 on 11/15/22. Cynthia at the checkout went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to buy an oil paint and it was the last one but it was open and leaking all over. Cynthia said bring it up to the counter and she will take care of it for me. She gave me a discount on the oil paint, and found a paper towel to wipe off my oil stained hand and some wipes. Super kind and thoughtful and a resolution was made for my issue. Thank you, Cynthia for making my day a little better 😊

Michaels is a all in one craft store where you can find all craft items .It is a heaven for crafters .Sign up for rewards and you will get rewards as dollars which will be on your account .Before using any coupons online just read the fine print below , there will be some restrictions on what the coupons can be used on .Always loved michaels and their products .

Everytime I walk into a Micheals craft store...my mind wanders! there is so much to view so many How To Draw/how to craft packages to put together,step by step instuctions.And the girls working there are so helpful!

Jeff at the Citrus Heights store was awesome. The other team members were also very friendly and helpful.

I had Michaels frame a canvas painting for me, it was large one 46" by 32". after hanging the paonting on the wall I found out that the canvas was wrinkled, and waivey , took the painting back to Michaels to see if they can fix it, it needs to streched more, they called back and said thats the best they can do, I guess incompetence is new norm nowadays. I took the painting to a professional store and had him fix it, did a perfect job.

I had a very polite and knowledgeable cashier today. I’ve had the same cashier on different occasions and she’s very pleasant and polite!!! Thank you SAN JUANA Rockford il Michaels store.

Chuck from Feasterville PA store is very kind and provide excellent service. The store is pretty nice and clean. I found everything I needed.

I love Michael's. But ordering online is a joke. Not a funny one either. I ordered some lights, and I received an email confirming my order and giving me my order number. A few weeks had gone by with no additional texts or emails. I called customer service and they said my order had been canceled by Michael's. They did not notify me in any way. I requested text and email follow up from the site with no response. I had to call my bank to issue a refund. Not happy with this process.
