Michaels Stores

I'm so frustrated with Michaels canvases. Their value packs are not much of a value now having raised the price from 16.99$C to 24.99$C. Seldom is there a canvas that isn't warped plus the canvas isn't stretched properly and is puckered so badly that even spritzing water on the back of the canvas doesn't pull it tight to the board. Gesso is so thin that paint doesn't spread evenly. I'm checking elsewhere going forward.

Online shoppers be aware! I ordered some table runners for a wedding reception from MICHAELS website. After I ordered them we decided to go with round tables so those weren't going to work. I took them to the store to return them. I was then informed that the item wasn't actually from Michaels at all, it was from a vendor that sells on their website. I had no idea the website was similar to an Etsy or Amazon where you have to return items to the seller. So now the SELLER won't get back to me on how to return these items so I'm stuck with them. My bad for not reading the fine print but why would I when I thought I was just ordering from Michaels. I'll never shop with them again. Online or in store.

Hello I recently purchased 2 orders one of them are totally damaged and other than has less quantity that i purchased 12 units pack but when i recived its just 11 units not a 12. I am very disappointed of his services please refund my payment as soon as possible.

On March 17 2023 Alexis, who is a store associate at 19 highland commons east, Hudson MA location became the absolute best part of my visit. They not only inquired about the craft I was creating when they were scanning my items, but they were so engaged with some of my ideas and made me feel so supported and empowered in my item choices. Holding a return value for items to be returned in as is condition is very disappointing. For some it wouldn’t encourage buying new products!!

They updated their website and now you can’t get information or contact them about anything except “where they can make money” NO customer service, NO customer support. WHY???

Your customer service person named Georgia at Michaels store #9432 in Palm Harbor, Florida was very patient and accommodating in assisting me with my simple purchase. Please give her a gold star and treat her well.

I would have given 5 stars due to the very professional and friendly customer service by "MAC" at Store #5178. Please honor her with an incentive to never stop being a terrific employee. However, I was not happy with the lack of availability on the floor and a few other things.

The store was great. The workers were very helpful. Mike did a great job. He got 5 stars. But he deserves 10 stars at store # 1040

My name is Jennifer I was in michael on February 14 2023 just had a nice lunch .I had a few bags from another store in my buggy, I walked around the store may 20 minutes. Didn't see what I need to I exit there store. One of michael associates open the door from the store and asked was I going to pay for the gift bags . I told her I don't have a gift bag. So I ask her are you saying the I'm shop lifting. She said go head uou are ok.I WENT Back IN THE STORE ANd SAID YOU CAN CHECK MY BAG. SHE NO .BUT YOU JUST I HAD MICHAEL GIFT BAGS NEVER APOLOGIZED. SO IM EVERY ONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP AT MICHAEL 2526 PIEDMONT RD ATLANTA GA .CALL THE COSTUMER CARE ON FEBRUARY 15 AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE FROM MICHAEL.. THANK YOU

On 2/1/23 my family & I went to Michaels to select a large wall picture frame for our Mom’s Memorial Service. We were struggling to find our discount coupon, and having difficulty because of our grief. Store Manager Chantel and cashier Sam were both so very kind, patient, and helped us make our purchase. Chantel was able to honor the discount coupon, even though we couldn't find ours. They are very bright, conscientious, hard working young people. Thank you for delivering such outstanding service! What's happening is that Michaels regular prices are grossly inflated, a bogus discount is distributed via mass emailed to customers/ reward members in order to lure them into the store and then when the discount (often 70%+) is applied, the customer realizes that they're actually being charged market value for custom framing. I have read several reviews making this very same claim. It's a very unfortunate situation considering the great work that they do in regards to custom framing. This will only further stress the company's current financial standing as the country enters a recession.

My local Michael's is a brand new location and it is a crafters dream!! I go in for 1 thing and always always end up in there for an hour and a basket full of stuff! I would go multiple times a week if i could afford it.

I placed order for same day delivery, and used my vouchers. They canceled almost everything but one item. Which still I never received even 2 days later. Never got my vouchers back also!
