Thanks to Chantel & Sam for great customer service!
On 2/1/23 my family & I went to Michaels to select a large wall picture frame for our Mom’s Memorial Service. We were struggling to find our discount coupon, and having difficulty because of our grief. Store Manager Chantel and cashier Sam were both so very kind, patient, and helped us make our purchase. Chantel was able to honor the discount coupon, even though we couldn't find ours. They are very bright, conscientious, hard working young people. Thank you for delivering such outstanding service!
