Having recently had a negative experience trying to sell my phone to uberlink (see my review), it was refreshing to use mazuma, got a decent quote, sending the phone was easy, prompt updates. Money was in my account the same day they received it. Great service!

Super simple and super fast!

What a joke this company is, sent a perfect condition iPhone that has been in case and had screen protectors since new. They offered me a reduced price saying there were more than 5 scratches. When I sent my pictures of the phone and asked them to show me where the scratches were, they then said they could offer me £5 more, told them to shove it and return phone went elsewhere and got £70 more than they offered me in first place. DO NOT USE THEM

Easy, fast and paid the quoted amount quickly

Don't use this company to sell your used phone. They deliverately jack up the price estimate and then when you send them the phone, they give you a lowball offer. They offered me £185 for my phone online and when they received the phone they revised it to £66. I rejected and they upped it to £105. I asked them to return me the phone and sold it on facebook marketplace for 200£ no questions asked. Super shady practices

I used this company previously many years ago, convenient & service was really good with no issues. Times have very much changed. Roll forward a few years, same very good phone condition, and they were exceptionally quick to reduce £50 off there advertised price because there is 5 light scratches on the case (apparently) Really disappointing to see this deterioration as I have recommended to friends and family based on my outdated experience. I chose MAZUMA on for the convenience of selling to a reputable company, my mistake!

We shopped around before trading in our iPad with Mazuma. Apple offered £80 but only as an Apple Gift Card. Mazuma offered £100 in cash and they were quick and easy to deal with - Great! Would certainly recommend using them.

Ref - 9137943 This is the first and last time I will ever use this. Company I sent my phone out to this company which was supposed never received, I’ve spent so much time arguing with these people I’m sick of it now. They are basically saying I have to wait 30 days for a decision to be made on if they are going to pay out or Royal Mail - As I explained to them this is there problem, they lost my phone not me, but no these crocks still won’t pay up and the best bit the phone was worth £300 and they are only paying £150 so they are still quids in Look at the small print, this disgusting company have to over a barrel. Replying to your response - So you feel it’s perfectly acceptable for you to lose my phone and not pay up any compensation ? Says it all really doesn’t it, No other company would make you wait 30 days + for an outcome 🤦‍♂️ - This just goes to show your lack of customer care and couldn’t care less attitude / Not my problem 😡
