Was offered £85 for my phone in excellent condition, then offer was Dropped to £20 because they said the phone was not of European origin as it didn’t have a CE mark. I got the phone from o2 and sent it to them in the original box which had a CE mark on it. They said that didn’t prove it. Do not, I repeat do not use this company
