Ref - 9137943 This is the first and last time I will ever use this. Company I sent my phone out to this company which was supposed never received, I’ve spent so much time arguing with these people I’m sick of it now. They are basically saying I have to wait 30 days for a decision to be made on if they are going to pay out or Royal Mail - As I explained to them this is there problem, they lost my phone not me, but no these crocks still won’t pay up and the best bit the phone was worth £300 and they are only paying £150 so they are still quids in Look at the small print, this disgusting company have to over a barrel. Replying to your response - So you feel it’s perfectly acceptable for you to lose my phone and not pay up any compensation ? Says it all really doesn’t it, No other company would make you wait 30 days + for an outcome 🤦♂️ - This just goes to show your lack of customer care and couldn’t care less attitude / Not my problem 😡
