I’ve used this company on a number of occasions. Straight forward no hassle process. Quick response. I recommend this company for a professional service.

What a SCAM these people are. The offer price is very attractive hence drawing you in. Their ‘technical’ assessment of your product is farcical and follows a simple process to invent defects that are not there and greatly reduce the offer price to a ridiculous level that is totally unacceptable.

So quick and easy, within 24 hours the money for my old phone was sat in my bank account.

Yup. I would agree with the other reviews that say they knock down the price for no reason! Sent my daughters immaculate iPhone in (always in a rubber case and always a screen protector) and they managed to find five slight scratches and so offered £40 less. I asked them to send it back and they did, minus the original box I had sent in in with!

Submitted phone details for a price, happy with price so sent phone off on a next day delivery. Money in the bank within 24 hours. Had read a few reviews about quibbles re price once they had received the phone but only guessing some people may not be accurate about the phone’s condition. Mine was immaculate not a mark on it but I took plenty of photos before sending. Very happy with service and would definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment placing the request to sell to receiving the money. Everything so smooth and easy. I didn't have to even fill out long forms, didn't have to bother with logistic. They collected in a very save box and emailed right away that they received it. Next day the phone was checked and accepted and the same moment I had the money on my account. Best experience ever.

My phone was in as new condition and 4 hours after Mazuma received my phone they paid the price agreed, no haggling just a fair price. I had previously had a valuation by some magpies who charge you to take the phone to kiosk in a supermarket and then knock the price down for imaginary damage to the phone. I’m glad I didn’t take this offer and used Mazuma, avoid the thieving Magpies.

We sent off 2 Apple iPhone 12’s after the website quoted us £150 for each phone, within a couple of days they replied saying that they have checked our phones and agreed that the condition was as specified. This is after trying to sell our phones to we buy any phones who had said they would give £170 for each phone then only offered £65 saying the condition was down graded. Many thanks to Mazuma for keeping to the price agreed upon, and to their good communication and speed of sale. Will definitely use your service again, and will happily recommend you to others.
