Realistic price for my phone, excellent communication with help tips on how to reset phone etc etc. No trying to reduce price given due to “scratches, dents etc). Fast same day response to confirm offer and payment received before 4pm. EXCELLENT
No matter what the condition you send your phone to them, they reduce the price because of apparent scratches to the front / rear glass. I’ve had two reduced by £60 and £40 in the last week when the condition was immaculate on both. The service is good as long as you always assume you won’t get paid what they quote. I strongly advise against selling your device to Mazuma. I recently sold my Samsung Fold 6 to them after receiving a quote of £650. However, once they received the phone, they suddenly reduced the offer to £550 without any valid reason. This feels like blatant manipulation. The device was only two months old and in nearly new condition, yet they came up with every possible excuse to lower the price. It seems their main tactic is to lure customers in with high quotes and then devalue the device once they have it in hand. This practice is misleading and unfair.
