From start to finish,very quick process. Only issue, the packaging you send to send devices,could be better, a plastic bag🤔,I took it upon myself to fully package my device safely to prevent any damage.so whilst this postal service is free can you rethink the packaging process?

Dishonest company - do not use them as I have now reported to Trading Standards. On their website, I was quoted £235 for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Has been in a wallet case with a screen protector and was then boxed before sending it to Mazuma. This phone had also been HARDLY USED - I bought it when freelancing, but only used it for a few months before I was offered my dream full time job (where phone and laptop were provided) Mazuma contacted me once they received the phone with a revised valuation of £85 due to "more than 5 scratches to the screen." They sent me photos, which I believe weren't even of my phone - I believe that these photos were fake or of another phone to make me believe it was and accept their low offer. I phoned them to tell them all of the above to be met with an abrupt woman who then abruptly ended the call when I said this was dishonest and I would report them to Trading Standards. I have reported this company to Trading Standards now, and I am also sending details to the ASA, Morecambe Council, Lancashire County Council and the Insolvency Service. There also seems to be a pattern on Trustpilot where, when they get a negative review, they then flood the feed with positive ones. Look through and you will see what I mean.

Excellent service, speedy and efficient

Very easy process; super fast shipping, inspection, and payment. The price that they paid out was comparable to what Apple was offering. Mazuma paid exactly what they quoted me when I started the transaction, and Royal Mail picked up the parcel from my home - so efficient! I would recommend Mazuma to a friend, for sure.

Was quoted £100 for 8th gen iPad. On receipt they claimed more than 5 scratches (from other reviews seems standard practice) and battery degraded below 80%. Revised offer £20. Firstly the condition was excellent with no damage or signs of wear and tear. Secondly the iPad is 5 years old and of course the battery has degraded. All batteries start to degrade immediately on use. They of course knew this when they quoted and if it was important to the price would/should have allowed for inevitable battery condition. After I made these points they increased their offer to £50. I felt that the original offer was just a click/bait so refused and asked them to return my iPad which they did.

So easy to use. No problems.selling my phone. Got a good price, no haggling like most companies. Excellent communication and got money in account very quick. Highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Never ever had any problems with there service

I have used Mazuma in the past when my phones came to the end of their contract and never had a problem previously. This time though my wife & I upgraded our Apple Watches & were quoted £80 each by Mazuma. Both watches were in perfect order having both spent their lives in heavy duty cases & one was hardly ever taken out of the box. We checked them both over carefully & packed them in bubble wrap and padded envelopes. Mazuma knocked the price down on receipt to £65 for scratches which is ridiculous. I called customer services but they stand by their decision. My opinion is they have for whatever reason now become a dishonest company

I thought Mazuma might be different from the rest. They are NOT. Utter scam. Lured me in with a valuation of £235 for each of my 12 Pro Max phones, only to contact me once they received them with a revised valuation of £85, stating that they had scratches on them. Utter nonsense, they were in PERFECT condition. I even had them checked before I sent them in.
