The only company I found offering £40 for a broken phone! My iphone 11 had fallen at force onto a metal object which penetrated the back, smashed the screen and lifted it at the edge causing the liquid to leak from it and leaving only part of the screen visible. It seemed to still be fully functioning but I couldn't test it thoroughly, so was expecting to be offered less money or even nothing at all. So glad to get some money back for it towards a new one, and would definitely use Mazuma Mobile again. Happy customer! :-)

Very poor experience overall. Sent the phone as the price they offered initially was pretty good in comparison to other websites. Once they received the phone and checked it over they then sent frankly an absolutely ridiculous second offer. I have checked over the phone several times and just dont see any of the issues they have stated. Sold it to another website and they have not come up with any of the issues that mazuma did. I asked the phone to be returned the phone was returned without the box and charger I originally sent. Really poor experience and would aviod at all costs

Mazuma Mobile are complete scam artists. I sent them my iPhone 15 Pro in brand new, flawless condition, based on their offer of £520. As soon as they received it, they suddenly reduced the offer to £440, claiming there were scratches — even though I have video evidence showing the phone was in perfect condition before posting. This is clearly a bait-and-switch tactic they use once they’ve got your phone in their hands. What makes it worse is their response when I declined the lowball offer. Instead of returning the phone quickly, they told me it would take 3–5 working days just to dispatch it back to me. That’s ridiculous — especially for a company that advertises “same day payment” across their website. Funny how things move slowly when it’s not in their favour. It’s obvious they rely on pressure tactics and delay strategies to make you accept less than your phone is worth. Once they have your device, they make it deliberately inconvenient to reject their revised offer. Avoid Mazuma at all costs. They are misleading, manipulative, and not worth the stress. There are much better and more honest phone recyclers out there.

Have had an amazing experience using Mazuma Mobile, got a quote, printed the postage, sent, phone arrived today check and payment issued all within 8 hours of them receiving the phone, not upto amount like many other companies, we did send to smart first who offered a amount and then once received changed the amount! Will send you mazuma again !

Amazing service, all online. They gave me the most money for my device, the likes of CEX were £50-£60 cheaper. All online, easy and so quick to use. Sent my phone off at the weekend, with a prepaid QR code. Received £220 into my bank account on the Tuesday! Cant fault them.

So efficient, transaction was so simple, easy and the time it took to process my payment was phenomenal. I've yet to find another company that is so quick on the uptake. Well done Mazuma!
