I found the process easy to follow I’m glad that my two broken iPads were going to be recycled, which I believe all electronics should be. Mazuma Mobile sent all the necessary bits and pieces quickly and kept in constant communication to ensure I sent the items off before the end of the quotation date.
Not happy at all. Sent them a iPhone which was in more then pristine condition. Not a mark on it not a scratch on it not a crack and dent on it. Perfect screen . Battery health perfect for them to say this is not a iPhone and it’s full of cracks and screen got water marks on it so they tried saying we give u £25 for it. Of course I turned down straight away so they tried £28.50 again get lost . So I asked for it to be returned and I just received it back and u no it is a iPhone straight from apple shop and u no they nothing wrong either it it’s perfect in all ways. All I can say is they was trying to try it on knowing they would have got hundreds pounds for it just like what it’s worth and they thought they could get one over on me. Sorry to disappoint but u not doing that to me so all I can say people is be careful don’t get fobbed off go elsewhere because clearly mazuma trying rob people . If u cud see my phone u no what am on about trust me stay away they trying get u old stuff and lying about it to try get it at a very low price when they no u sent it perfect to them.
Quick and easy service
I sent 2 phones, one of which was accepted. The 2nd phone was my own and I know for a fact it had no scratches etc yet I was told this was the case and only £12 would be paid. I strongly dispute your finding of scratches!

Easy to use site, input details of phones for sale. Packed them up and posted off special delivery because of value. Had e mail confirmation of receipt and constant e mails throughout day of progress being made. Money received same day as phones received. Excellent service first class. Have used before and will use again.
