Very happy with Mazuma with the amount I received for my old phone
Fast, efficient, communication is excellent and the price offered was in the upper quartile. I chose Mazuma due to their reputation and using them previously - a good choice as everything went smooth as butter. Money received in my account by the end of the day they received the phone.
Price offered was the price received and in my bank in less than 2 hours. Free postage is also a bonus.

Was offered £170 for my old phone when they received it I got an email saying 5 scratches on there so can only offer £55 I called & said they phone has always had a case on it and I’m not accepting that. They came back with new price £70 now something to do with the battery being under 80% when it got delivered. So I’ve declined the offer and I want my phone back! Don’t sell to these, it happens a lot
Disgrace - Iphone14 Pro Max in absolute mint condition with original box, cables unused and manuals inc 84% battery life. Downgraded price from over £400 to £175 saying there was dust in the lens. It takes perfect photos! I rejected the offer and miraculously the dust issue resolved itself and it was then worth £285 which I rejected on principal. Final insult, they returned device and kept the 'as new' box and cable for themselves. And now it has a scratch on the front screen which wasn't there before which I have photos to prove. Absolute con-artists, but, to be fair, most of them do this. This market should be regulated. Avoid at all costs.
