Fabulous took my mobile to the post office Friday by Monday all sorted got the money that phone was worth would defoe use again.

Sadly a negative experience. Phone was valued on the website at a reasonable price for a very well looked after iPhone. Once sent, I received an email offering me £160 less than the original bid, claiming a faulty camera if used on a white background !! Feeling this was a little odd I requested my phone back to receive another email stating that after a review, they can now offer me an additional £60. Make of that what you will, I asked for the phone to be returned which they did, promptly, but missing the accessories and original box. After asking where these items were, I was told that they state that you should not send original boxes or accessories, not that I can find this on the original email !! All in all, not a great "first" experience with this company.

Would never use again ! Twice I sent a phone and both times the offer was lowered by over 50% due to ‘scratches and damage ‘ Rubbish there was no damage the phone met the description of good by a long way both times No never again Happened to my sister too And I’m still waiting 4 days later for my phone to be returned !
