Overall impressed! Sent off phone on Friday and had money in bank on Tuesday. Even better given I was going to be well and truly ripped off by O2 recycle, who were offering about a quarter of what Mazuma did. Docked one star because they negotiated price down slightly which I don’t think was entirely fair but given how bad some sites can be for buying phones, it wasn’t that bad and this seems like the best site to use when selling your phone.

A fare price was agreed and the service was exceptionally quick, no quibbling over the condition of the device and the payment was made within an hour of confirmation. Perfect thanks

Amazing, sent in a iPhone with a badly smashed screen on Friday and money was in my bank by Monday afternoon. I expected a revised offer but they paid out the price quoted straight away. Really happy with the service.

As per other negative reviews, the offer was revised to a fraction of the original offer. They then doubled the offer after my rejection. I rejected the 2nd offer and had it returned, and they neglected to return the original box and case. Would not recommend unless you're happy to accept much less than the phone is worth.

Sent an iphone 13 in decemt condition. I have video and photos to show that. Offered £80 due to damage and deep scratches. Very suspicious! Asked for phone to be returned. Would wuestion how legitimate their reviews are. AVOID M9172946 Order

Cowboys. 1. Said my iPad screen was a replacement - not correct as it was bought new from Amazon and had no accidents. 2. Having made a derisory offer of £25 for the iPad (the original offer was £150) which I quickly rejected the cowboys came back with a revised offer of £28. I thought someone was having a laugh. 3. Just received the iPad back this morning without the original Apple box I sent it in. They sent it bubble wrapped. This will be harder to sell without the original box which they admitted they threw away. I will never use these cowboys again and suggest to anyone considering them to take the extra time and used Gumtree, Vinted or FB Marketplace. As requested the order no is 9170491
