Not that long ago I have noticed that some of my contacts do not receive SMS I send them. In other words, I receive messages but not everyone receive my replies to those messages. Contacted Lycamobiles customer support but after 2 months of back and forth emailing, the conclusion was that their technicians do not see any problems from their side and there should be no issues with messaging. So, if it is a problem, it is my problem not theirs. But the cherry on top was when I have noticed that for the past two months I was charged the same amount twice both months. The answer from support was that I have activated two different bundles (which I DID NOT as I´ve had activated automatic bundle renewal years ago and did not change anything recently) therefore I was charged twice. As well, I was notified that they can not refund me for the previous bundle because I was supposed to inform them latest 48 hours after the bundle has been activated. So if you have any problems related to Lycamobile, it is not their fault, it´s yours.

The problem was not resolved. But it was not the operator (Jessica) but Lyca mobile policies. The operator assisted me as much as possible with the available information. It seems when Lyca says 'XXGB data on renewal', it stands actually for Autorenewal. Using one word in the disguise of another is equivalent to practicing deception. Also, there is additional requirement of having an account not older than 2022 April 1 for availing the full data. These details need to be written specifically with the pack description. So that, the customers can read on the first hand.
I was talking with Lina about several problems that I suddenly started experience... She was helpful, replying fast and opened a case for me so hopefully it will be solved.

Bogus prepaid packs. If you look at the bundles they offer, you can find a bundle named "Lyca Smart L". Its mentioned that you will get 5GB data on first recharge and 8GB on renewal. This is a scam. I recharged with the pack for 99 kr and I got 5GB data and when I recharged, I got again 5GB instead of 8GB as claimed in the plan description. I called customer care and they told its only applicable for auto renewal. However that is nowhere mentioned in the details. Also I enabled auto renewal and next month got auto renewed but still I was only getting 5GB. Again I called the customer care and this time they told its only applicable when I purchase new subscription and they also informed me that this offer is not applicable for existing customers. They find multiple ways to make fall you into trap and no clear information both in website and customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
The customer service was perfect her name Jessica and she was really helpful she responded really fast on my question not like other customer service from Lycamobile!
