Problems? We don´t care. It´s your fault anyway.
Not that long ago I have noticed that some of my contacts do not receive SMS I send them. In other words, I receive messages but not everyone receive my replies to those messages. Contacted Lycamobiles customer support but after 2 months of back and forth emailing, the conclusion was that their technicians do not see any problems from their side and there should be no issues with messaging. So, if it is a problem, it is my problem not theirs. But the cherry on top was when I have noticed that for the past two months I was charged the same amount twice both months. The answer from support was that I have activated two different bundles (which I DID NOT as I´ve had activated automatic bundle renewal years ago and did not change anything recently) therefore I was charged twice. As well, I was notified that they can not refund me for the previous bundle because I was supposed to inform them latest 48 hours after the bundle has been activated. So if you have any problems related to Lycamobile, it is not their fault, it´s yours.
