Payment and random bill reminders

Have been using this for a few months but have had a couple issues that up to now have always been sorted Direct debit set up and has always worked this month LYCA have kept sending reminders to pay early stupidly so not wanting to loose contact paid early Today you’ve taken a direct debit as well so this means I’ve paid £20 this month instead of £10 Spoke with customer services and was assured this wouldn’t happen Unimpressed Spoke with customer services this morning she tells me next month ignore the random requests for payment and my direct debit payment will not be actioned time will tell!

Not impressed Can’t get app to work Was looking to move from existing supplier even got pac code to use and keep number Promised hours ago someone would contact and explain No contact
