Very helpful customer service over the phone, special shout out to Edz!

Good service

Very good however a little overpriced

Terrible customer service (could not connect with live agent via online chat, AND unhelpful and time-wasting 'hotline' service) No responses (for >2 days) by emails (sent to complaints@lycamobile and paymonthly@lycamobile ) NOT recommended because of the customer service!

I asked for account cancellation within cooling of period I keep getting emails saying your unable to collect payment for £6.62 from my account when signed in does not show any billing information what so ever no section to make a payment my account has a valid credit card attached for payment please could you collect the money from the card i have provided and also could you get my account working so that i can view it bills , payments , usage , contract term shows expired plan details are all missing when i log into my account this issue has been reported a number of times now just end this stupid contact

Coverage - WAY better than Lebara. Customer service? Not great, they don't answer chat or phone calls unfortunately. I'm glad to have coverage but not being able to get help troubleshooting my internet is not good.

Awful customer service AVOID! Received fraudulent messages and phone calls as the new SIM and number was still connected to another account! It was based in Syria and I kept receiving messages and calls non stop. Even pornographic photos. Customer Service were absolutely dreadful I don’t even have the energy to explain it all and how frustrating that team are. There was no apology and I had to fight to get the SIM blocked I will NEVER use this company again. They should be shut down

Speed and of delivery

I have no idea what to do in order to get a response. Now they are threatening me with a bad credit rating. I had a SIM for 3 weeks which stopped working and when I called they said it wasn't supported on a modem so it was never going to work.... I said ok I will pay for the first month I cant use it any more. They keep quoting the t and c's but if something isnt working why do I owe them money? I have emailed at least 3 times and the same with calls. But I get nothing. One CS person said I would get an answer the same day but again nothing. It is terrible. I have tried the ombudsman but unsurprisingly they are not signed up so waiting for the alternative people to contact me. I hate this situation where they won't even take the money I think I owe. Making sure I record all our correspondence. Such a shame

They sent me used sims which are earlier used by someone .. This is frustrating
