Terrible Terrible Customer Service - I think this needs a minus star
I have no idea what to do in order to get a response. Now they are threatening me with a bad credit rating. I had a SIM for 3 weeks which stopped working and when I called they said it wasn't supported on a modem so it was never going to work.... I said ok I will pay for the first month I cant use it any more. They keep quoting the t and c's but if something isnt working why do I owe them money? I have emailed at least 3 times and the same with calls. But I get nothing. One CS person said I would get an answer the same day but again nothing. It is terrible. I have tried the ombudsman but unsurprisingly they are not signed up so waiting for the alternative people to contact me. I hate this situation where they won't even take the money I think I owe. Making sure I record all our correspondence. Such a shame
