I asked for account cancellation within cooling of period I keep getting emails saying your unable to collect payment for £6.62 from my account when signed in does not show any billing information what so ever no section to make a payment my account has a valid credit card attached for payment please could you collect the money from the card i have provided and also could you get my account working so that i can view it bills , payments , usage , contract term shows expired plan details are all missing when i log into my account this issue has been reported a number of times now just end this stupid contact
