I want to cancel the order but the cancellation button doesn’t exist (I’ve been helped with the cancellation , great service)

Very patient operatives. I was not rushed and they took time to explain things to me Being at the older end of the age groups, I struggle to grasp technology quickly. So this is very important to me.-
Last 3 trips to India - the network and data roaming never works. I have raised complaints with their customer care team who respond after 5 days which doesn’t help if you have come to India for only 7-8 days and data hasn’t worked during this period. They offer a service of data roaming included in UK national plus plan and this roaming service never ever works.

They change my 10gb monthly plan to 30gb yearly plan for £18 a month without my authorisation. Wrote an email to them right away. 3 days later, nothing has changed and no one came back to me. Called them, waited for 15 min, but no one answered without even saying how many people are in the queue. Used the online agent and for 20 minutes I am waiting for someone to answer me. I will never buy anything from them! Anything even if they give it away for free! --- Received a call just now from their TrustPilot people. Claimed that they cannot update people's plan from support side which I honestly don't beleive. They have canceled my 12 months contract so I will pay only for the 1 week I have used the higher service. I increase the 1* to 2* because finally someone has called me and the issue was resolved, but would still not go higher since I tried every other way of contacting them and did not get any responses. - Email for 4 days till now. - Chat waiting for 20 minutes for an agent with no queue number - Support call for waiting for 20 minutes with no queue number
Had issues ordering a sim card, error messages. Tried to contact customer services and each time I got put through to someone else who then after a few minuted made out they couldn't hear me or understand what I was saying. Had no issues speaking to the other advisors who transferred me. Absolutely appalling. Error message was transaction failed even though bank details were correct. Wouldn't allow me to enter card details.
I didn't receive the SIM card, I received a letter that it was delivered, I came to the reception for two days and asked if there was a letter with the SIM card, they answered no.I don't have a SIM card, you took £12.50 from me and there was no result. I received a SIM card, the Internet works well Hello, yes, by tracking the number, it is clear that it was at the reception, the problem was with the employee who did not want to give it back. This problem has already been solved and I managed to get my SIM card back from the dishonest reception employee, the SIM card works perfectly, thank you)

Shockingly poor customer service, unclear data plan contracts. I asked to terminate my monthly contract, had to stay on hold for 50 minutes! They then tell you that your number will transfer to pay as you go, I told them to terminate the number, they said they couldn't! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
subject:Formal Complaint Regarding Customer Service Experience on 27th June 2025 Dear Lycamobile Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory and frustrating customer service experience I had today, 27th June 2025, between approximately 5:00PM and 6:00PM. I spoke to a customer service assistant named ROBERT, whose behavior I found completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking in basic customer service skills. He demonstrated a poor understanding of the issue, was unhelpful throughout the call and displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked to speak to his line manager due to my dissatisfaction, he refused to transfer my call. Additionally, he muted me during the conversation, which was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. This call lasted for nearly an hour and left me extremely frustrated. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I experienced such poor service from Lycamobile this is now the third time I've encountered unhelpful and unprofessional behavior from your support staff.I request that this complaint be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. I would appreciate it if appropriate action is taken against Robert and I urge Lycamobile to improve its customer service standards to ensure respectful and effective support for its customers. Absolutely bad customer service
Have tried for the last couple of days to get into my account. All they do is send me a "one time passcode" and I STILL CANT get into the account. I use the sim for wifi only and I simply can't view my account. So frustrating and totally unnecessary.I've tried Chat and no one Chats. So I am at a dead end
