I referred a friend back in December 2024 using the referral scheme (aklamio). The friend signed up but it didn't register the purchase. I raised a case in which they said 'Your Support Request is currently being reviewed by Lyca, the process may take up to 12 weeks from the date of creation (02.01.2025).' We are now at 24 weeks and I have had 0 response or update since then and no referral bonus. The level of un-professionalism is unreal and I don't recommend Lycamobile at all if they can't even honour their referral program.

Really quite pleased with Lyca Mobile and I think they are a bit of a hidden treasure. Downloaded an e-sim yesterday and was all up and running within a matter of minutes. By this time, it was quite late in the afternoon, and more in hope than expectation at 4:30pm, I used my PAC from my previous network and nominated to bring my previous number over today. It all happened exactly as planned and my number was ported over by lunchtime with no downtime. Package I signed up to is extremely competitive, so overall I am very happy. Would thoroughly recommend

Terrible company. The Chatbot keeps disconnecting when trying to connect to an agent, the phones lines are busy and when you get through there is a delay on the voice so they hang up, and they do not respond to e-mails.
