Unfortunately I received a faulty top…
Unfortunately I received a faulty top on 19th April so I contacted the customer service and they eventually told me to send it back. I sent it back nearly 2 weeks ago and can see they received it on the UPS tracking, however they now won't answer my emails and still haven't given me my refund! Really disappointed as I am a loyal customer and I feel like I am being ignored by the customer service team. Update: I finally received my refund 2 months later...
