Terrible customer service for online orders
Terrible customer service for online orders. I received someone else's order today. I tried livechat plus called customer services twice and it is still not resolved. They refuse to send me my order (having taken full payment) in time for Christmas (given these are Christmas presents). They are saying it would be a "free order" to send me my correct items before they process all the details of the incorrect order I received!! Inconveniencing me a lot by requiring me to waste time providing information about the incorrect order they sent because they didn't even include a packing slip or invoice in the parcel. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told a manager will contact me in 24-48 hours. So I won't get my items in time for Christmas and they refuse to provide a refund as well. All they can do is have a manager call me when they can... what a pity they have such awful customer service when their products are good quality!
