deplorable treatment by Fraud team

deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

C
0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years…

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

Tried to open bank account

Wanted to open bank account. Had everything they wanted (eu passport, another eu id, 4 hmrc letters as proof - letters that I need to submit my tax as self employed and utr number letters + nhs letter + tenancy agreement and also got my "residency" status as eu member). They told me that they cant take hmrc letters but its on their page as approved proof of address and also proof of identity (hmrc tax notification letter so I though the letter that I need to submit/pay/complete my tax return should work?) How people can work if they cant open me a bank account if self employed? Asked guys on social media and they said Ive had enough evidence so they dont know what happened. Im definitely going to try another bank. Thanks.

Shocking updates on credit file

Shocking updates on credit file My credit file update for ClearScore states the following for August 1) Lloyds Current account removed 2) Lloyds Credit card removed 3) Lloyds Credit card added 4) Lloyds Current account added I only have one Lloyds credit card and no current accounts. If this affects my score you can expect a complaint to yourselves and the financial ombudsman if I need to

When my mum passed away

When my mum passed away, my dad found it extremely difficult to close my mums account with Lloyds. They took many, many months to process the whole issue. My dad banks with Natwest and they actually sat with my Dad, and listened to him. Lloyd's were rude, and doubted my dad's request. I'm with Lloyds, I've been with them for over 30 years. I would Ike to see more of a customer relations, considering I've banked with them for years. The cash back is rubbish. I earned 3p from Ebay. Wow!

Lloyds bank a waste of time!

Despite my mother in law having been a Lloyds customer for over 30 years and having their 'GOLD' standard policy (HA! GOLD STANDARD MY BACKSIDE) Lloyds' level of obstruction and customer service (and to date - NON PAY OUT) on a very small claim has been shocking! We have given them everything they have asked for and they still have not paid out - the job is only about a £1500 fix. They are a joke. AN INSURANCE COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR CLAIMS PROCESS. IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS....AND STILL NO CONCLUSION. VERY STRESSFUL. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS!

Useless Customer Service!

Useless Customer Service! I have used the "Message Us" function within the Lloyds app twice this week, each for relatively simple queries that I wasn't able to find the answer to. On each occasion, the person who's picked up the message and responded was useless. I wrote my query each time in the most basic of English yet they still managed to interpret it as something completely different. I ended up telling them not to bother in the end because it's highly frustrating when the people who are meant to help you can't even understand or interpret the nature of the query. About as useful as a glass hammer!

All I wanted was a face to face…

All I wanted was a face to face appointment and apparently I can't have that. I have to queue to speak to a Cashier then spent 15/20 minutes discussing my business, in public with the Cashier, whilst also causing an even bigger queue! What happened to customer service?????

Club lloyds benefit

Club lloyds benefit. The most convoluted way to get a benefit of 6 cinema tickets. Exasperated Have to use different ID and password to get on to club lloyds. Password is one of and easy to make a mistake. Not clearly explained that it's a one off password Should be much easier than this. Got so frustrated that I nearly cancelled my lloyds account altogether. Why can't it be done through the app?Why so much extra security for 6 cinema tickets?

Tech issues

The bank and App/Online seem ok but I've been unable to get a car refinance quote. The 'Calculate' button does not work, its dead. When clicked on, it does not do a single thing, it does nothing. There is no error message, does not inform me I've missed or entered incorrect data, does not say I cannot have finance, does not go to the next 'Details' page. Just nothing! I've been trying since 2nd Sept, tried on Android app, Windows and Chrome browsers, still the same issue. I contacted the helpline, as suggested and cannot get a quote over the phone, which is really unhelpful when online does not work! I then spoke to someone over the phone helpline to report the technical issue, told no other reports of this issue, but it would be looked into and I'd be contacted in within 24 hours. That did not happen. This is a very frustrating issue.
