deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

I’ve never known a bank not to let you spend your own money even after approval of the payment through the banking app and by a text message code sent to my phone. Bye bye Lloyds hello revolut

Unable to make payments as their…

Unable to make payments as their systems (both website and mobile) are down @ 10/9/24 12:05 which is causing extreme inconvenience and additional costs. Video evidence of errors available showing that when selecting payments screen you get a wait circle rotating followed by a login prompt and then "an error has occurred message". For avoidance of doubt all other sites and hence internet connection are fine. Do they do any testing of their apps?

ABOMINABLE!!!

For reasons unknown Lloyds allowed transactions to go from my account that left me overdrawn. They then continued to allow transactions to be processed. After I noticed this I queried why they would continue to allow any transactions after the overdraft ran out their answer has been bizarre stating that on this occasion they felt like it as I have been a customer for many years! I would t mind but I now have to pay for this when the transaction should have been returned. Trying to get this sorted for over 6 hours today waiting over an hour in between simple questions for responses, they also stopped replying once I stated this was urgent as I needed shopping to feed my nine month old and couldn’t access the money due to these fees. No reply. Nothing! No care I should avoid if I had my time again and once this is resolved I will most certainly be closing my account

Terrible Customer Service After 30+ Years.

Staggered by a recent customer service experience. Taking them to the Financial Ombudsman now. 30 year+ relationship - am done with them. No wonder that challenger banks are doing so well.

Don't give a dawn about fraud on your account

Awful system. Fraud on my account, forced to use a messaging service. An hour later and no response following confirmation I've not taken a subscription 30 minutes ago! No hold message or reply time, just nothing. Again this is FRAUD, not asking for a new card! Lol are literally taking money out of my account and this is now Lloyds deal with fraud. Found a phone number, half hour and still waiting

LLOYDS BANK ALLOW ACCESS TO SCAMMERS …

Lloyds bank allowed fraudsters access to my axcount, fraudsters told Lloyds they were trusted family members or close friends i trust and they accessed my account and stole my money, the cobra network data sheets I have show the agreement number given to fraudsters by Lloyds Bank, this is how fraudsters stole my mobey from my lloyds account. Avoid Lloyds bank they work with scammers !

Allowed fraudulent payment to be taken from my business account despite me flagging up that a dodgy transaction was about to occur. Fobbed me off in store giving me various numbers to ring that turned out be total Chocolate teapots. Taking my business elsewhere!

Absoloutely shocking in all aspects of…

Absoloutely shocking in all aspects of customer care! This was once a reputable bank putting customers first. Now its shambles, all profit driven. Been struggling with lots lf aspects of the services provided: - telephone banking not letting me get through, hangs up on me everytime - creeping prices for the account benefits, intersts etc - all insurance products are virtually useless as lloyda fights for tooth Nd nail not to pay out on legitimate claims - no empathy and everything takes ages Off to a competitor i go, and my family too.
