Needs work

Better interest rate on their credit card than my other but I called them almost 3 months ago to get a £5 refund for a double payment taken by harmony ices Saturday 7th June taken 9th June For a mobile ice cream van. I told them I rarely see this guy in the area and I was right. 3 months later almost and I still have not seen this mobile van back in the area while I've been home

GDPR BREACH

I signed up for indeed on their app a month odd ago. It didn't take long before I received texts from another company that gave an automated message then hung up. I was in no doubt it came from signing up to indeed. Today I signed up with indeed via Apple login. Within 90 minutes I get another different automated call similar to the first. Do not sign up to indeed with your Phone number. They will share it

Change payment options

A better payment option for flexibility would help bring more custom. What about this? Choose your test m Pay £x monthly for agreed duration. Once paid, book in your test. The clearpay option isn't flexible for monthly salary workers and paying twice a month rules people out of buying this

Shocking updates on credit file

Shocking updates on credit file My credit file update for ClearScore states the following for August 1) Lloyds Current account removed 2) Lloyds Credit card removed 3) Lloyds Credit card added 4) Lloyds Current account added I only have one Lloyds credit card and no current accounts. If this affects my score you can expect a complaint to yourselves and the financial ombudsman if I need to
