My doctor really cares he gets me and I really like life stance recovery out of all psychiatric providers is my favorite!

For a large, potential beurocracy my personal provider went all out to cut through all that tape and get my situation resolved in a timely manner.

My experience has been amazing! I have 2 therapists - Contessa Struthers (therapy) and Chantal Flanagan (meds). They both are super nice. Contessa listens to all your needs and gives you constructive criticism that works in your everyday life. Chantal has made my life manageable with the meds that she has prescribed for me. Without them I would not be myself. I recommend both of them. I do have a problem with the accounting. I have tried to get off late fees in which i cancelled the appointments I had with another therapist named Richard something. I did not like the method that he used in his therapy. Teaching customer service has never been a problem for me. Every phone call has been fast and efficient.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Lifestance, from scheduling to the actual appointment. I feel heard respected and appreciate the way things are explained to me in a way that I am able to understand.

Update on the counselor (Andy overgard) who attacked a dad in front of his child, life stance hr has been contacted and no response. He still works there. He had a cps specially stating him. I believe life stance is complicit with child abuse. It's a shame. They have the video and the evidence of the cps report.

It is a continuous problem to contact anyone at the office in a timely matter. I have been on hold as long as 50 minutes. Left my number and never received a call back. The patient portal is a nightmare, I have never been able to sign on without a problem. It never accepts my last sign in password. You wait sometimes all day for an email to reset, and then that usually doesn't work. You then have to resort to calling the office again with a long waiting time. And to sign in for a virtual is the same issue. When you have anxiety, it goes through the roof with you have started trying to sign in for 45 minutes and minutes are left to your appointment time. I have to call and wait and sometimes this makes a late check in.

I have been coming to the same therapist for 8 years now. Best on out.

Several issues. First my counselor retired- and referred me to a new one as this would be an ethical requirement. I was contacted by Lifestance twice to reschedule with yet another provider as " new" referred provider wasn't available anymore. ( she had left I found out later ). Then new appt w " new provider " had to be changed due to " over scheduling". How can you over schedule over a month out from an appt? I canceled appt, and sought new provider via another agency. Secondly, billing is a nightmare. Have had sudden " back bills" appear , at least 6 months past appt. Waiting on line for over 45 mins on numerous occasions to try and solve issue. No resolution. Do not utilize this agency .

This office has changed my life for the better. My therapist has helped me with past trauma, abuse, and other issues. My doctor is always making sure I’m on the correct medications and that I feel my best. I’m grateful for this team of health professionals and how they’ve helped me.

Instead of billing my credit card for our copays, they did nothing. For two years. Then they stacked two years worth of co-pays to one bill $2000 and gave us a deadline to pay it. It should NOT be my responsibility to make sure this company, with a full billing department, does their job properly. Our therapist was great. However, LifeStance - you are incompetent and unethical. Businesses like yours should be ashamed.

Sheri Rockwood is absolutely amazing! Since moving to the state of Colorado, I've unfortunately have had doctors etc, who never really listened to me, made me feel like I had somewhat of an input in my care or really had my best interest. Sheri has listened to me go on and on, but always listened! Very nice to have someone like that in your life that actually cares...

I love Kelly she is down to earth and listens to me . I think she really cares and I really appreciate that.

Terrible customer service, no compassion when I need to cancel appt after 48 hours, rude rude rude. My mental health is already at rock bottom and you all have made it even worse. Hope you're happy.

I listen to my therapist has helped me so many ways. I appreciate my therapist now getting ready to start my hand therapy after my Stroke, needed someone to talk to .I'm great with my therapist. Thank You very much appreciate all the help.

Dan has been pivotal in getting me to process the past and help me understand the subtle details that aid my emotional processing. Even though I just started EMDR therapy, I have been challenged in a good way to change my inner dialogue regarding past traumatic experiences.
