Several issues
Several issues. First my counselor retired- and referred me to a new one as this would be an ethical requirement. I was contacted by Lifestance twice to reschedule with yet another provider as " new" referred provider wasn't available anymore. ( she had left I found out later ). Then new appt w " new provider " had to be changed due to " over scheduling". How can you over schedule over a month out from an appt? I canceled appt, and sought new provider via another agency. Secondly, billing is a nightmare. Have had sudden " back bills" appear , at least 6 months past appt. Waiting on line for over 45 mins on numerous occasions to try and solve issue. No resolution. Do not utilize this agency .
