I love my therapist
I love my therapist, but sometimes I wish that I could get more advice than I do get from her. I Need more direction than just a conversation.

What a clown show they have going here. We signed into the virtual waiting room following their link and waited for 41 minutes with no indication or communication. Of course there was no-one to answer the phone number they have on their site. We cannot leave a review for their services as they never bothered to see us. If the first few interactions are any indication, and reading many of the reviews, we got lucky not to get involved with them. I cannot recommend this practice on any level.
Waste of time, waste of money. I assessed my psychiatrist, her issues seems deeper than mine. I wouldn’t suggest LifeStance for dog therapy. No help, no resolution. Portal is difficult if you have issues. It seemed as if she is a first year therapist/psychiatrist. If you need help, look elsewhere. SMH.
If you value your mental health RUN from Lifestance. Your wait time on hold is at least one hour. I drove from one town to another and had 2 phones going and no one ever answer. they will make you commit suicide. Incompetence is what I call it. If you do get someone on the line they say, oh let me transfer you to another office, and then it goes into a black hole. I loved my dr but had to leave because life is too short to sit on hold for hours. I also had 5 counselors in one year and one of them violated my HIPAA rights. I waiting too long to file on them. Then of the 5 counselors only one of them was worth seeing and he left, lol, go figure. He knew the company sucked. If you want to save your life, find another mental health facility.
Avoid using LifeStance at all costs. The billing department continues to charge my card despite the fact that my account is paid in full. I have emailed and called and nothing has been resolved. The wait times to get in touch with the billing department are ridiculous. I and planning to call my bank this morning to put a stop on any charges from this company.
Dr Wilkins is the finest shrink - I mean psychiatrist I’ve had the pleasure to treat with. I am a trained psych practitioner, therefore, I know he has the goods. He is an asset to Lifestance. Thank you Dr Wilkins.

My therapist at Lifestance has helped me so much. She has taken the time to teach me things I did not know and also to understand why I am having the symptoms I am. I hope that in time, that my symptoms resolve and I know that attending therapy is helping a little at a time.
I absolutely love working with my therapist and seeing the growth and change within myself.
Though I went through a couple of other therapists I ended up finding a very good fit with Geoff. Very pleased with the services I’ve received from Lifestance and I’ve been decades utilizing the psychiatric field. I’m even changing the management of my meds over to Lifestance now.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Lifstance. I love my counselor and if I need anything at all she is always there. Thank you for your services.
I have only had a couple of visit which started off as family therapy with my son and daughter but now has become an individual therapy session. In those few sessions I have found clarity and feel heard and everything seems to be very professional and laid-back. Even with getting homework we were first apprehensive but now willing to do the work because we've acknowledged that the work helps us out especially myself.
Therapist and psychiatrist are caring, professional and are helping me address my issues. Great team!
So tired of continuously fighting them to submit past claims and get my money back. It’s been months of fighting and I’ve only gotten some of my money back. They drag their feet while the credits just sit on my account. Multiple claims it was refunded, only to find out a week later it wasn’t. This company is not worth the scam of their billing.
Im so disappointed in Lifestance. We scheduled an appt, they call to do an intake and accidentally cancel our appt. Rescheduled and they realized that provider does not offer this type of therapy, keep in mind I specifically asked to be certain she did when we spoke to scheduling. Now they have no upcoming appts available with ANY providers. When someone asks for help, it shouldnt be this difficult. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Horrible. The therapist just up and left. They not only failed to transition, they also gave me a bill after the fact, and no explanation. Their services were covered by insurance, and they never said anything about a co-pay, so it's surprise billing, which is illegal.
HORRIBLE NURSE SERVICE/ SO DISAPPOINTED! I’m so disappointed with how I was treated by the nurse practitioner!! She was so unprofessional how she handled what occurred. I made a mistake on my appt time but I tried to log in about 10 minutes late. She wouldn’t accept my call on telemedicine but she texted me I needed to reschedule. I explained what happened & her next appt was still 10 mins bc I looked at the clock & I know for a fact what time it was. She told the office I was 20 mins late so she could collect the late fee. I was barely going to meet with her for the 2nd time!! After she texted for me to reschedule I did so; I received a msg later that she had cancelled my appt! And later on I received another msg that I needed to pay the late fee of $150 paid in full before she could give any refills on a medication or schedule appts with her. She refused to give refills that i seriously need. It was helping me so much & now I’m out. But she didn’t care. I tried to talk to the office but they’re only going with her word. I was a new patient & I showed that I tried to login before my time was up. She didn’t even take this into consideration. Is this the way she treats patients that are needing serious help all the time? Give me freaking break!! Never going back to a company that has ppl that r more interested in money than helping ppl in need.
At my session last week, I confirmed my upcoming appointment schedule for the next 6 weeks with my therapist, who I had been seeing for the past 15 months. In all that time, there were no problems, issues, or concerns conveyed to me or any hint that anything was wrong. At the start of this week's session, my therapist told me management had determined I was no longer allowed to be treated by her. She indicated she didn't really understand what the issue was, she did not have any concerns in working with me, and we planned to continue our weekly sessions. However, management again intervened and said termination was not optional, and all my future appointments were cancelled. EDIT TO ADD: Three months later, never heard back from the company.
Their scheduling is a nightmare. They love to add huge fees to change an appointment. In one instance, I had paid off my bill in-person but they kept calling and claiming that I owed a lot of money to them. A disorganized practice.
I actually have two counselors here… I can do the appointments via telehealth or in person…I have been to a few places with several different counselors and this place checks all the boxes…. You can communicate via portal they are really fast at that.. if you need to change appt they have no issue’s with that!!! If you communicate with them they are super easy to deal with!
