Customer service and patient portal
It is a continuous problem to contact anyone at the office in a timely matter. I have been on hold as long as 50 minutes. Left my number and never received a call back. The patient portal is a nightmare, I have never been able to sign on without a problem. It never accepts my last sign in password. You wait sometimes all day for an email to reset, and then that usually doesn't work. You then have to resort to calling the office again with a long waiting time. And to sign in for a virtual is the same issue. When you have anxiety, it goes through the roof with you have started trying to sign in for 45 minutes and minutes are left to your appointment time. I have to call and wait and sometimes this makes a late check in.
