Unethical and unprofessional therapeutic guidance. First, let me note, I am trying to condense my issues, there's more to add. While, in therapy my daughter was dealing with a recent breakup, where she felt tricked and used by the gentleman. When my daughter expressed to the therapist (JG) wanting to get emotional revenge on the person, JG stated, "if you need to get it out of your system." As a parent I am thinking wait what, what happened to paint, draw, grow flowers or journal. Also, this therapist knew the young man was physical with my daughter, where he left bruises on her arm, something we just found out. We're asking, this is the service we were charged $1,000, more or less for, absolutely unacceptable. Humana military needs to vet services offered to military/vets much better. We are outraged, hurt, annoyed, and nervous for our daughter returning back to campus at the end of August.

Absolutely the worst experience. This company states that they require 48 hours notice for all cancellations yet, the therapist I was seeing was a no call/no show for one of our appointments. I call to cancel over 24 hours in advance and they charge me $60.

I'm so grateful to be working with Tiffani Ordonez. She is a breath of fresh air from the previous psychiatrists. She is very amiable to working with her patients to find what works best for them instead of having a cookie cutter response to all patients. Thank You

This place would get a zero for poor service. They do not want to talk to customers unless you are a new patient. The voice recording states press #3 for billing yet when you do it doesn't go there. I called acting like I am a new patient to talk to someone. She transferred me but again no one is answering the phone. I emailed them, no response. The automated system says they value your time. I have been on hold now for over 30 minutes but if you are a new patient it only takes a minute. That right says it all. Stay away and make sure you write a review on google as well!!

My therapist Irma is amazing, she always listens to my thoughts concerns. Lifestance online make it easy to navigate everything I need.

Julie Brooks is the best provider I have ever had managing my psych meds. She never makes me feel ashamed or embarrassed. She is so genuine and cares about my mental health journey!

My psychiatrist is great and really gets me.

I have absolutely zero complaints about the Therapist (Robin) and my Psychiatrist (Dane) but the billing is gross. I've been going for 2 months and have spent nearly 1.8k feom my HSA and I will be running out of funds now in the next month or so, so my treatment will suffer tremendously. Multiple hundred of dollars for a 20 min med check appt is insane and is affecting my mental health significantly, as I will have to stop therapy soon to be able to still afford my everyday bills.

My medicine manager Kajessa Joseph is wonderful and helps to fulfill my needs. My therapist Angelica Curry has such great insight to my issues and offers such great info on how to cope and go forward and heal myself.

Dr Ahmad is caring, concerned and works to find the issue and long term resolution.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lifestance should not be trusted with peoples lives. Kathleen Pham, operations manager, was particularly distressing and upsetting to interact with. This place feels very disconnected from helping people. It feels like all it cares about are the bills it generates, not the patients, especially those in crisis. I feel so much worse having dealt with them, and I never even asked for or was prescribed medication. Unbelievable and so sad. I also just happened to look on the Better Business Bureau and they have over one hundred complaints, and have received the grade of F. Yikes. I wish I had known.

Awful patient portal and impossible to reach billing support. Provider they connected me with is great, but nothing about Lifestance's own little universe is quality in any way.

My counselor (Della Reese) is awesome since we can relate since we both have ADHD. I was surprised how talking once a week would help me. My psychiatrist is helpful (Elizabeth Kahari), she is very enthusiastic about getting me back into the world.

What an awful place with horrible communication and folllow through. I would have given a zero if it was possible. They drop the ball at every opportunity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

The office staff is always respectful, kind and very patient. Karen Harris has been excellent help for me, she too is very patient with me on my journey.

My therapist Nick is excellent. He has helped me a great deal; I don’t know where I would be without him. No problem getting appointments and no billing issues.

My experience with LifeStance has been Great to my life . Therapy has helped me navigate and absolutely take control of my of my personal , professional life and relationships. Dr.Caballero’s kindness and expertise has made confident and capable of moving forward in my life as well as having the proper balance I needed .

My therapist is amazing. Shes gotten me back on an effective treatment plan. I’ve been trying for about 12 years since turning 18 to continue my adhd medicine treatment. Most doctors would ignore me or offer “coping mechanisms” that did not actually treat my symptoms. Life changing

During my initial intake, I provided information that should have placed me with a provider that could have assisted with my needs. Turns out the third visit/appointment, he could not provide me with that need, due to not being his specific specialty.

I have spent countless hours attempting to contact the billing department. I have no co-pay for mental healthcare, but LifeStance has charged me three times, automatically deducting what they claim as a co-pay from my FSA. I have attempted to go into the patient portal to remove my FSA card, but they have made that impossible. I was so confident that I did not have a co-pay that I contacted my health insurance company, who confirmed. LifeStance is in-network for me, meaning they agree to accept the payment they receive from my health insurance without a co-pay. Did everyone in the billing department quit?
