The people working there my counselor was very effective. Recommended my grandson to go there. He also had a very good experience.

Lifestance: A Very Bad Experience. Lifestance may work for some, but for those with a mental health diagnosis, it was a nightmare. Psychiatric provider cut his meds after only speaking with him initially for 15 minutes. Initial intake session was 25 minutes. Worst part of Lifestance is communication with providers. They do not answer promptly, and only do it via the portal in written format. We needed to have a sooner appointment than one month, because of a crisis, and that was never even addressed by them. The provider sent a message via front of office staff, and our only followup with them after about 10 emails was a two sentence response. I was a mental health provider, and it is disturbing that places like this exist.

LifeStance’s staff and facilities are excellent. The nurses, doctors, and PA are all wonderful, caring, and consistently great with patient care. The nurses are amazing! Savannah is a ray of sunshine, and Kingsley is awesome also! I’m very grateful for the staff and care at LifeStance!

Dr. Win listens to our concerns and has many suggestions as to how to adjust the things that need to be modified.

So far a great experience, the doctor knew well how to describe what was going on with me better than I did. I am hoping the future with her is bright and ongoing. It would be nice to have a doctor care about my health and well being without a hassle or fear of leaving me in the dust. All in all I really liked my experience.

Since I first started with Glen Byers he has been a good listener I have several issues to work through, and he has forced me to confront those issues without rubbing my face in them Sometimes we don't discuss a particular situation, but just relax so I can get comfortable to bring things up.

So disappointed with the level of professionalism at LifeStance Health. Phone calls passed on, no answers, no solutions and never a call back. Charged $100.00 for an appointment that never happened, without a signature, no invoice and not an answer from billing. You will hold and hold and then disconnected. People that need help are not getting the help they need. 2nd appt was a mistake, 3rd appt was a no show by therapist. We will not make the mistake of trying to reschedule. Credit card charge was wrongfully billed and is in a dispute with credit company.

Awesome and love everything

We have been using Lifestance for several years now. My child goes to see a therapist as well as my husband and I see a couples therapist and they have definitely helped us all in different ways. We understand that therapy is a long game process and are happy with our continued care from our therapist at Lifestance. My only issue was with billing - there was a switch at some point on their end which resulted in incorrect billing on their end and a lot of stress on ours, but once my therapist stepped in and reached out to billing things got sorted out.

Easy to set up appointments and pay bills. Tele-Health system works well, very few issues. The staff I’ve worked with: therapists, med management, customer service, etc. have all been friendly and helpful. Sometimes obtaining the links to the appointment can take some initiative on your part but it’s seldom difficult. As long as you stay on top of notifications from LifeStance and give them reasonable heads up if you need to miss an appointment, there’s very little in the way of complications.

Dr. Diez Caballero is the best. He really cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to help us. Excellent psychiatrist!!!!

I’ve been a patient for about 4 years and have worked my way through a few therapist . Most have been adequate at best, except for one who moved up in the company to a more administrative position. Very few have actually been helpful in moving me forward. They seem to be distracted and don’t really ask questions that would help me. I don’t leave a session where I feel I’m gaining ground. Their pre session reminders and redundant questions really are aggravating. Although they are pleasant and friendly it doesn’t get to the root of the problem . At least there’s a person that listens!

She was very quick to respond to my message and very helpful! I would recommend anyone at Lifestance to help you!

I had my first visit with Wendy, Nurse Practitioner and her assistant, Roxanna yesterday. They both were extremely friendly, professional and caring. I was impressed by their willingness to answer questions and take the extra time with me. Please keep these excellent employees.

I love that I have found a one stop shop for me and my family! Dr Yazmine is amazing in her treatment, patience with my questions, and explaining everything to me. My experience with Dr Boz was amazing as well! Now signing up for counseling services! Highly recommend!

I do not know where I would be in this life without the help of Lifestance and my therapist. She has truly saved my life!
