If you put in a little effort, you’ll have few issues with LifeStance
Easy to set up appointments and pay bills. Tele-Health system works well, very few issues. The staff I’ve worked with: therapists, med management, customer service, etc. have all been friendly and helpful. Sometimes obtaining the links to the appointment can take some initiative on your part but it’s seldom difficult. As long as you stay on top of notifications from LifeStance and give them reasonable heads up if you need to miss an appointment, there’s very little in the way of complications.
