I've seen Milessa Haas 3 times now. I was in therapy for 7 years, 30 years ago for childhood trauma. I'm 77 now and something triggered a PTSP event and I wanted to know, why and how to get ahead of them in the future. She seems to be a good fit for me. Very caring and knowledgeable.
When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman I spoke to was very kind and helpful. And my therapist is fantastic, as she’s an excellent listener, empathetic, highly skilled in areas of trauma/pain etc. The office is also extremely clean and the front desk staff is always friendly!
My provider is more than I could have hoped for, and literally, an answer to a prayer. She is conscientious to schedule upcoming appointments, always on time, never quick to end our session, always objective, knowledgeable on so many levels. Firm, yet gentle. Imaginative with approaches to mental health and endless food for thought. Thank you LifeStance!
I was originally seeing Mutinta Tembo and she was the worst mental health professional I have ever seen. Thankfully I found Dr. Robert Wilkins who has been a huge part of my mental health remaining stable. I really hope Mutinta is never able to talk to another mental health patient again. Other than her, I have liked LifeStance overall. Very easy virtual appointments
I think Jillane listens and understands my issues and is helping me get on the right track. There's a lot of years to unravel so it won't happen overnight but she's definitely helping me.
From the first call I made I knew I made the right choice after avoiding therapy for many years. It’s been close to a year since that first call and the progress I’ve made is incredible and would not have been possible without my amazing therapist! Everyone is very friendly. Much changes need to be made in the Ketamine department. A psychiatrist should see you when your session is completed.
LifeStance has been great. At first we contacted them because we couldn’t find mental health providers in the area where we live that can communicate with my parents in their native language. It was easy to contact them and to make an appointment. We are grateful for our mental health provider Mariela Gainza-Mayo who now is treating both of my parents via telemedicine without issues. We have been able to communicate with her through the portal.
My team listens and helps me everyway they can. They have my greatest respect.

My counselor and doctor are very easy to get a hold of. The only problem I have ever experienced is the billing. I have been overcharged for my doctor for two years. The billing is awful but the staff, counselors, doctors are wonderful.
They are extremely fast with responses in regard to prescription refills. I am a patient of Dr. Hakim, Davidson Ewuzie and Jennifer Chamberlain. Dr. Hakim is very helpful and understanding. Davidson Ewuzie really cares about his patients and really connects with me. Jennifer Chamberlain is literally the best therapist i’ve ever had.
My experience has been very positive and it allows me to open up about my current issues that I’m not able to discuss with others. I feel that I’m being heard and respected.

I have had a wonderful experience with LifeStance/ Behavioral wellness center of Santa Barbara since becoming a patient with them several years ago. I believe the front desk that manages appointments has always been very professional, respectful and friendly. I have had issues with the pharmacy and if I call the office the are very good at emailing my doctor and correcting the problem. I also believe My Doctor has been a great fit and when I experienced someone who wasn't a good fit they also corrected that problem. My only issue is for ALL THE YEARS OF BEING A PATIENT WITH THEM... THEY RECENTLY NOTIFIED ME THAT THE WILL NO LONGER EXCEPT MY INSURANCE!!!
Rachel is the best. She cares about me and what I say. I wish they took care credit for payment. The price is a little high, worth it if you get the right doc.
This Company in my opinion is one of the very finest in fact, every experience I've had here has been a pleasant one. My provider Tina Steen is among the absolute best of providers and professionals.How could I possibly thank her for all of the of health and healing she has presented and infused into my life? There is no way I possibly could offer adequate thanks for that. My little way is to write this review and say this professional has changed my life and I am eternally grateful to her. Truly I highly highly recommend Lifestance. I think it's a wonderful operation.
Dr. Owen is great. He always makes me feel heard, understood, and focuses on what concerns me. I couldn't ask for a better psychiatrist!
