I love how Dr. Grey actually listen to me and is more helpful than any other facility I've ever been to. Only thing I don't like is that I do have a foster child whom is only on Medicaid and I really wish Life Stance would accept Medicaid also so that they can help the children that I Foster as well

My experience with Lifestance has been very good. After over losing a 6 years relationship with a therapist and psychiatrist, from a different counseling center, I chose to continue on my wellness path with Lifestance. I have found Lifestance to be professional, empathetic and most importantly my therapist and psychiatrist LISTEN to me. I feel empowered in my med protocol and my weekly therapist sessions are important and gratifying. I have suggested Lifestance as a Mental Health provider to other people.

Life stance has helped me a lot these last few years since the pandemic. I found out a lot of what I was dealing with was grief. I’m thankful for the care that I got at LifeStance. I would recommend LifeStance to others and Infact, I have recommended them to quite a few people. Thanks LifeStance!

Best counselor I’ve ever had. For the first time I am seeing myself in a true light. One must keep trying until the right fit is found. Twelve years it’s taken for that to happen. Keep at it till you succeed.

Annaken Towens my therapist Rocks! Annaken has after a lot work helped me find my most authentic self! It’s never new what that meant. Sounds good but how? I couldn’t get there, I was broken and not able to function, I’ve done the work, she’s been my guide out of the ptsd. Today I’m not where I want to be, but Im here and discovering my purpose at 71. Once again it’s all been an inside job! Thank you Annaken!

I have been using Lifestance for a few years now and I’ve only had one bad experience and it was with a therapist. Other than that isolated incident the two psychiatrists I’ve seen through them have been incredible and really listened to get me using he correct medications and improving. 2/3 of the therapists I’ve seen have been amazing, the approached things in ways I was comfortable while also pushing the boundaries enough for me to improve. They listened if a technique didn’t work. It has been a great experience for me and has improved me life more than any other provider I’ve seen. I would strongly recommend Melanie Sweet to anyone needing an amazing trauma therapist in the MD area

I have been with LifeStance for over a year and a half, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The therapist I was matched with, Tract M., guided me through deep trauma and long-standing issues I had grappled with for far too long. I’ve worked with many therapists, but never before have I felt such complete trust and received such incredible guidance and reassurance. Additionally, I had the privilege of working with a practitioner named Gwen, who truly believed in my ability to heal and grow. Her unwavering support made a significant difference during times when I felt completely alone. The administration and billing teams have consistently been communicative, patient, and understanding – qualities that are crucial in moments of vulnerability. I can genuinely say that I am a transformed person today, and it’s all thanks to the compassionate care I’ve received. My journey has led to profound positive changes in my life, and for that, I am immensely grateful.

Although the website is annoying and the billing doesn’t ever seem updated, my actual doctor is fantastic. Dr. Nsahagian is absolutely fantastic. I feel heard, believed, and actual cares. I’ve never had a doctor of any sort do that.

LifeStance has excellent healthcare providers and they utilize technology well so it's very easy and efficient to schedule appointments, make payments, complete all the required check in paperwork, and attend the video appointments. The two providers I have with them are top notch. They each are very compassionate, easy to relate to, are excellent listeners, and provide excellent care. Everything thus far has been seamless and painless. Great job everyone! All the personnel I have encountered are very personable and professional from the appointment scheduler to the doctor. I highly recommend using LifeStance and their healthcare providers. I also like the convenience of their patient portal. I have been using HealthStance for a little more than a month to date

I’ve had many surgeries with different doctors, nurses and staff from around the country. This by FAR was the most wonderful experiences I’ve had. The entire reception staff, techs, nurses and Dr. Hannay were amazing. The amount of communication for my friend and myself was incredible. I would absolutely recommend this facility and staff to anyone. Dr. Watershied referred me to Dr. Hannay. I’m grateful to have been referred to Proliance.

Adrienne & Danny have both exceeded my expectations regarding mental health & therapy. There is never a time with either, that I’ve not come away with a better sense of myself & where I’m going from here. They both get 5 stars from me unequivocally!

Had an appointment scheduled on a Friday at 5PM for 60 minutes. Dr. did not show and then come to find out once you are entered into the patient portal you cannot book online. Obviously the office is closed so cant book a pretty urgent appointment.

Daniel Schroeder who manages my mental health prescriptions is fantastic. Highly recommend him.

It’s not the caregivers, it’s the app and office and the billing department. It’s an absolute nightmare of *errors*, lack of responsiveness, lack of compassion, massive inconvenience, and just an entire mess. It was fine before 2025. Now it’s a nightmare. They have tortured me over checks they cashed and never applied to my account. Instead of solving it they’ve threatened me with appointments. And not even the right clinician. They are imbeciles. Even tried to school me about deductibles more than once. Total unprofessional. And it is a mental health company!!

Life stance always does a great job they are acomidating with your schedule and will meet with zoom so you don’t have to meet in person

Sarah Chapman and Allison Shapiro are an amazing team. My therapy with Sarah is something I actually look forward to every week. She always make sure to listen and Put the medical mumbo-jumbo into understandable terms for me if I have questions or are confused. With my psychiatry with Allison she always takes the time to do a review of not only the medications but if I’m experiencing odd symptoms or are having questions about dosages or trying other medication if current do not work. I always feel understood and heard which is few and far between this day and age with mental health and I appreciate that to an extent I can’t fully begin describe in words unless you have endless amounts of time on your hands. Needless to say, I HAVE FOUND MY SAFE PLACE.
