Very good experience
Saw Mr. Harris in Pooler. Very good experience. I've gone to Lifestance for years, even before it was called Lifestance. Good people.

Saw Mr. Harris in Pooler. Very good experience. I've gone to Lifestance for years, even before it was called Lifestance. Good people.
First visit the healthcare professional refused to send any documentation to my workplace to show I was seeking medical help for a per-existing mental health issue. Also had to fight him just to get him to prescribe me a few bottom barrel Xanax when he wanted to put me on Zoloft with nothing to help with the transition. Then on my second visit the virtual meeting never happened. I tried repeatedly to attend the virtual meeting and it wouldn't let me connect. Tried on multiple devices. I recorded my screen of this happening. Also the meeting took place at 6PM EST when the office was closed, which was the resource given when having trouble with virtual meeting. Contacted billing asking for this to be waived since it was out of my control, they never replied. Then today I see a $279 dollar charge. This was after a $45 dollar charge last month, and currently a $42 balance left remaining somehow. They have somehow charged me like $360 dollars for ONE visit WITH medical insurance. Rip off company, sloppy. Would never recommend.
The therapists were great. I had two sessions and was going to continue, until I started receiving texts showing the amount due. It was expensive, but I paid it. Then I received additional texts for further amounts due, despite not having any more appointments. I called Lifestance and waited on hold for 30 min to speak with someone in billing. I finally gave up and chose the automated return call option. I did not receive a call back. Prior to my next appointment, I received a call to pay a balance before the session. The person explained the billing department had not called me because they were "backed up." They had billed me multiple times on the same dates. The person who called said she could see this, but could not explain it, or provide an itemized bill (or any bill!). The solution she provided was for me to pay the double bill and then call my insurance company. WTF?! I love that the service I called for help with mental health is now the source of my stress…
DO NOT TRUST. Company is not trustworthy and will try to milk you for all of your money. When you become reliant on their providers, they will hold your medicine hostage until you schedule another meeting with them. These appointments are charged to your insurance as not only an office visit for medication, but also psycho therapy and any other code they can tack on. This drives up your bill. If you do not watch them like a hawk, your appointments will be $250 AFTER insurance. To top it off, they put a popup blocking the bills portal so that you cannot access your bills to see if they are coded correctly without clicking "Accept" on the below statement. There is no option to X out or disagree. You will be harassed by appointment schedulers, the billing department, and your practitioners schedulers. "By accepting these Terms & Conditions, I authorize LIFESTANCE HEALTH COLORADO to charge the credit/debit card saved to my profile for all outstanding balances, including but not limited to co-payment and co-insurance amounts, self-pay fee schedule amounts, no-show/cancellation fees, administrative fees, and any balance remaining after insurance reimbursement relating to services provided to the patient. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the information for the card on file is current at the time of service. I also understand that if a payment is declined, LIFESTANCE HEALTH COLORADO may refuse to provide new services until payment is received and LIFESTANCE HEALTH COLORADO is not responsible for any overdraft fees should a payment exceed the amount in the account associated with the card on file. Life Stance has been my mental health provider for a number of years, and I have always been pleased with the services they provide. When I call for a prescription refill or appointment the person I talk with is pleasant and efficient. My therapist is attentive to my needs and concerns and has helped me a great deal over the years. She has worked diligently to find the medications and dosages that work best for me and I am now at a point where I am stable and coping well with life's challenges. I highly recommend Life Stance for anyone searching for a mental health provider.
Victoria Fye is very kind and really listens❤️
Sabina my therapist is wonderful & very helpful. She is very effective with identifying my behaviors regarding ADHD triggers. This is helpful since Dr. Correia is holding my need for meds since I am breastfeeding currently. I was hesitant to start meds, but after counsel & feeling included in my plan of care I am willing. Very grateful to have professionals that listen and aiding me in succeed.
I had an easy experience starting up therapy with Lifestance (Harrisburg, PA location). I initially booked online, and within a day had a call from the receptionist to confirm some information with me. I get email reminders and texts about upcoming appointments, and this location lets you check in virtually (someone is always at the desk too when I attend, and they are always very friendly). I get notified in those pre-appointment emails about my co-pay amount and I can pay it right there. Never had any issues with being mischarged. I have been attending since the end of December 2024, and I see Carissa Shobe, and I think she does a wonderful job. I feel very comfortable talking with her and working through my life experiences and trying to learn healthier programming for a better life.
LifeStance will impress ypu. I have been with them for years. The staff, therapists, and psychiatrists have and continue to help me when I need it. I highly recommend them. Chad P.
My therapist is wonderful very accepting and understanding. I wish I could talk with her every day due to the crazy stress in my life. I would highly recommend Life Stance. Besides the benefits of therapy. They got me in quickly. Froedert had me waiting 9 months.
I have been very blessed to have my doctor here. I had one therapist, and don't think we were matched very well, but I was matched with Jacob Kirkwood as my med provider, and l have been very pleased, and felt taken care of. I struggle with bad suicidal OCD and depression, and he has been a listening ear, and prescribs accordingly. Scheduling appts has been easy and quick, but sometimes the wait time can be a month to actually get an appointment. I hope you find the care you need! The world is a better place with you in it, and I hope that they can make you see and enjoy that.
Debra is a very kind and understanding counselor. She is very professional and helpful, too. I appreciate LifeStance, and would definitely recommend Debra to a friend. Thank you.
It was difficult to get an appointment but getting with Lynn was worth it! Very informative and down to earth in her demeanor. Impactful in her responses to my issues. Looking forward to seeing her again.
I have been going to LifeStance for a while now, and have had nothing but great experiences. My provider is always attentive and listens.
I have a compassionate and caring therapist at Life Stance. She is helping me through some tough times.
I noticed a lot of complaints about service on the phone. The last time I called there was a very sweet, polite, and caring service provider. I love my doctor. Dr. Mcnulty knows a lot about my condition and monitors my medication. I no longer have obsessions. They just drop away. My mood is also stable though I am sedated quite a bit. I trust my doctor. When I send messages to my doctor she replies almost instantly.
The Newport News location for LIFESTANCE has a very polite and concerned staff. I’ve seen two different providers, for different therapies, and have received nothing but the most compassionate and professional care. Their appointment system is very forgiving if changes need to be made to date and times and their offices are well appointed and comfortable. Often it can be difficult to find the right therapist, but in my experience, this location is a good place with great people. If you’re looking for better care, I doubt you’ll find it elsewhere.
Both provider and counselor make sure to keep you apart of the treatment plan and decision making.
I am grateful to have found LifeStance. My psychiatrist is knowledgeable, empathetic, and very attentive. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment or changing one. I like the availability to have a virtual appointment or to go in person. I would definitely recommend LifeStance Health to anyone looking for mental health care.
My provider, Elizabeth Pfalzgraf…she is absolutely wonderful…I look forward to speaking with her each virtual…but I love seeing her in person…she’s excellent!
