I have been with LifeStance for over a year and a half, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The therapist I was matched with, Tract M., guided me through deep trauma and long-standing issues I had grappled with for far too long. I’ve worked with many therapists, but never before have I felt such complete trust and received such incredible guidance and reassurance. Additionally, I had the privilege of working with a practitioner named Gwen, who truly believed in my ability to heal and grow.
