I wrote my initial review on March 5, 2025...over 2 weeks ago.
It was detailed and very clear regarding how horrendous their business operations are with regard to charges and payments. Many people here have complained about the same thing.
This is the reply I received from Lifestance, AND THIS IS THE SAME REPLY THEY WRITE IN RESPONSE TO EVERYONE:

I did exactly as they instructed. MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER, I STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. Obviously, they are not AT ALL "concerned." Of course, I'm not surprised.
I am processing a complaint with the BBB; they too have received these same type complaints, many of which have never been replied to or resolved by Lifestance.
There are SO many great places to receive top-notch mental health treatment...DON'T GO TO LIFESTANCE - because the truth is, they couldn't care less - there are plenty of reviews from people who have had the same experience as mine. They shouldn't be allowed to run a business this way.
