I wasn't able to find a place on the LifeStance webpage to write a review about my provider. Is this on purpose? Where do I go to do this?

This place is a scam. This organization is for-profit organization. They treat you like a vending machine. Horrible customer service, unprofessional people. Spoke to a supervisor at the call center and she had an attitude problem. They ask for your credit card information just to book an appointment even if you have health insurance. No other Mental Health provider ask for credit card information when booking an appointment.

I am very thankful I have found a therapist that really cares and listens very well. Tonya Farrer has been a true blessing

I have been with LifeStance health for sometime now. I have always found an adequate amount of therapist to choose from and luckily they have all worked out for me. I find them caring, compassionate, insightful, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend LifeStance health.

They put me in contact with the wrong provider. Very difficult to contact by phone, text, or email. Failed to rectify the problem.

My experience has been great! Dr. Karissa Chisum is fantastic. Hard to find someone who will listen and be patient and listen to me ramble I'm sure....Five star review is only because of Dr. K BTW. Very happy with the process and the access portal is nice because they do reply back 😂 lol

I’m currently a patient at Lifestance and I have a $800 bill when I have health insurance? You guys also took $200 out of account when you were suppose to be waiting to see if my current insurance carrier is going to cover my My therapy back in January ? I don’t understand why $200 was taken out of my bank account for my therapy currently when I have health insurance , and you have my current insurance card on file ? I clearly have an insurance card on file and you keep adding to the balance! I have talked to multiple people and they keep saying that it takes a few weeks for the insurance to go through! They just added another $200 on top of the balance I allready owe , and I clearly have insurance , which means my co - pay should only be $25! I feel like I’m being cheated out of money and this is a dishonest company ! I will be filling a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim against them immediately!

Exceptional Clinicians and Staff I’ve been seeing LifeStance (and predecessor PsyCare) psychiatrists since 2019. Both Drs. Morin and Geromi are exceptional, evidence-based clinicians who take time to listen and understand my ADHD profile, and dose/change meds accordingly. I always feel like Dr. Morin and I are a team and am grateful for her advocacy. Interaction with the LS Carmel Valley staff is likewise consistently courteous, caring and professional. Well done team!

I see both my psychiatrist and therapist through Lifestance for over a year now and am very pleased with my experience. The portal has been very helpful for contacting my doctors and they are very responsive and caring.

I can’t speak about the company, seeing everything is virtual now. I can only give a review about my therapist. Mr. Marc Goldman is WONDERFUL!!! He listens intently and with Great Care and Skill!!! He’s Supportive and Encouraging and he still manages to Correct or Help Me to identify where I could benefit from another perspective!!! His advice is spot on and it’s practical where I can use it immediately, like when the session ends or before!!! LifeStance has given me a New Lease on Life, A New Outlook with Brand New Hope!!! And it’s all because of a Great Therapist Marc Goldman!!!

The staff at LifeStance was incredibly helpful and I was able to understand what was going on with myself during my visit. I simply wish that there was an easier way to do a follow up appointment via the patient portal.
