It’s not the caregivers
It’s not the caregivers, it’s the app and office and the billing department. It’s an absolute nightmare of *errors*, lack of responsiveness, lack of compassion, massive inconvenience, and just an entire mess. It was fine before 2025. Now it’s a nightmare. They have tortured me over checks they cashed and never applied to my account. Instead of solving it they’ve threatened me with appointments. And not even the right clinician. They are imbeciles. Even tried to school me about deductibles more than once. Total unprofessional. And it is a mental health company!!
