Super easy to file a claim, quick response, clear explanations

Never had any claim settled in 7 seconds after submission. The amount might be low but still…

Expérience pas géniale, application horrible et pas intuitive, temps de réponse pour des questions >1 semaine sans avoir la bonne réponse non plus. Vérifiez bien le contrat au cas où car vous n'avez pas toutes les assurances (bris de glace, vol, etc). Suite à une erreur de ma part lors d'une déclaration de bris de glace (erreur sur la date pour des tests), le contrat a été révoqué mais ça m'apprendra à faire attention par la suite et à éviter les assurances comme celle-ci !

Mijn armband was kapot gegaan. Ik kon heel makkelijk via de app een claim indienen en binnen een dag was er een besluit genomen. Contact was makkelijk en snel!

For Pet insurance- The lemonade app is easy to use and easy to submit claims however, from my experience they find ways to deny coverage for almost everything. It was not worth spending the amount I did spend on insurance.

Excellent help

Lemonade prides itself to being new challenger insurer different to the old big corporates. They have sleek app and taking out a policy is very easy and customizable. However don't be fooled by their competitive rates! In a year's time when your policy is up for renewal you will be slapped with 35% price hike when you haven't changed any of your cover limits. When you ask about what is driving these increase you get some waffle with zero numbers to support the increase and then asked if you just want to cancel instead. And so I did. My advice - go elsewhere! Never seen worse customer support and treatment of clients.

Lemonade is the best insurance I’ve had so far! The website and app are easy to navigate so I was able to choose which insurance and add ons I wanted with no issues. The reimbursement process is so easy and fast too! The costumer service is also phenomenal as they are easy to reach and will assist you in a very timely manner.

I’ve been using lemonade for years for ease of things through the app. But their customer support and claim process is horrible. If you have no issue they’re easy, if you do they are horrific. Go else where immediately.

Fuillez cette compagnie..aucun contact humain..j'ai été sans êtres averti par mail . Je n'ai pu récupérer le courrier étant à l'étranger. Je suis donc resté sans êtres assuré pendant 3 mois.. Payer un peu plus cher pour avoir une vraie compagnie d'assurance.

I had to claim for accidental damage to a furnished rental item. The process was very transparent, and the Lemonade team (Vincent) was quick and professional. There was some back-and-forth about documents like invoices that the landlord didn’t have, but the team worked with me to resolve it quickly. Claim approved and paid within a week. Overall, I am very happy.

The absolute worst pet insurance. AVOID at all costs. Every claim is a battle. I had 3 letters from my vet saying my dog's condition was NOT pre-existing. I had to file a claim with governmental authorities to get paid. Impossible to speak with anyone. They are the worst.
