I have received a debt collection from came out of nowhere. They have been unable to resolve my faulty water meter in the previous tenancy on 2022 which ended on 2023, and now they came running to me for saying I owe them debt right before Christmas, I wish them a very unhappy Christmas.
Outstanding bill I spoke to Emily regarding an outstanding water bill and how I was struggling to keep up with payments. She listened to my reasons of why i was struggling etc and was so grateful in helping and pin pointing me in what to do next and for this, I am ever so grateful. Thank you so much.
